Afternoon tea is served in the Drawing Room, with sandwiches, scones, and pastries made by the hotel's pastry team. The selection changes with the seasons. Private afternoon tea can also be arranged in Fletchers' Brook Room for six to ten guests or Parklands for up to 20, giving a family gathering its own table and room.
Norton Bar occupies the former library, retaining its original oak paneling. Cocktails, Champagne, and whisky are served inside, while the courtyard opens toward the River Skell. In spring and summer, the courtyard serves British dishes from Fletchers. Antique books conceal a cocktail list organized around drinks from the past century, a detail that connects the bar to the room's former use.
The Orchard combines indoor and outdoor dining with menus that change through the seasons. Valeria's Champagne & Cocktail Bar is on the lower ground floor of the Garden Pavilion, beside EightyEight, with live music on selected evenings. Its regular bar service is for guests 18 and older. Beyond the hotel, the Grantley Arms in Grantley village serves seasonal Yorkshire pub cooking and welcomes children of all ages.
