Match Booking Deadlines To Your Arrival

The Berkeley's separate advance-booking program has a seven-day lead time, a 15% discount and full non-refundable payment at booking. It also includes 10am check-in when your arrival time is provided at least 48 hours ahead. Supply that information before the stay if you plan to use the morning arrival.

The Berkeley's family second-room program does not state that 10am inclusion. Choose the relevant program for your booking instead of carrying an arrival privilege across from another offer. A reservation deadline also differs from the permitted travel period: check the selected record's dates and exclusions for every night of your stay.

Use Credits And Benefits Within Their Terms

Shangri-La's suite-program credit excludes room rates, taxes, gratuities, service charges and third-party services. If the hotel spending you have in mind falls into those categories, the credit will not reduce it.

The selected program does not identify the airport or specify whether the journey is on arrival or departure. Have the hotel confirm the route for your flight before relying on it. The wording does not establish a transfer from any London airport of your choice.

What If The Complimentary Night Is Not Reflected In The Total?

For the selected Pan Pacific suite program and Claridge's complimentary-night program, an adjusted booking confirmation may arrive within 48 hours if the saving is not reflected in the total. Check that confirmation and the full payment and cancellation conditions with your Travel Designer before relying on the quoted saving.

Do Both Rooms Receive Benefits Under A Connecting-Room Offer?

At Jumeirah Carlton Tower, benefits under the selected connecting-room program apply to the first room only. Upgrades are excluded to preserve the connecting arrangement. Can I Carry Suite Credit Into A Following Reservation?
