Luxury Hotel Offers In Virgin Gorda

If an estate proposal uses the words exclusive use, ask which named accommodation, outdoor areas and facilities that description covers. Establish any spaces retained for shared use before committing the group. The phrase should describe an agreed boundary rather than create an assumption that every part of the wider setting is private.

If cooking services are proposed for the Virgin Gorda stay, separate the chef's work from the ingredients and drinks budget. Ask which elements are priced and how any unpriced purchases will be agreed. A service described as included should not be treated as an unlimited grocery or beverage allowance.

Where staffing is part of the estate proposal, distinguish agreed service hours from someone being reachable when needed. Explain the group's daily routine and ask what coverage the quotation provides. Neither a staffed description nor an on-call contact alone establishes continuous personal service throughout the stay.

Ask which housekeeping visits form part of each proposed stay and whether additional visits can be arranged at a stated charge. Compare that schedule with the way the party will use the accommodation. Keep an optional extra visit separate from the service already priced, without assuming the estates follow one shared arrangement.

Do not treat accommodation for the party as confirmation of childcare. If the group wants that separate service, ask whether it can be arranged, by whom and on what agreed basis before including it in the holiday plan. The accommodation quotation should remain clear about which services it actually purchases.
