Zemi Beach House provides a direct beachfront accommodation reference on Shoal Bay East. Keep that actual local address clear when selecting the hotel.
Inland from lower Shoal Bay East, Fountain Cavern is a two-chambered limestone cave with a subterranean freshwater pool. Indigenous rock art and archaeological material give the site a cultural significance beyond its geological form. It provides a named historical subject for understanding the land behind the shore.
A face carved into a stalagmite transformed an existing formation into a three-dimensional spiritual image. The relationship between rock art, water and ceremony gives the cave its particular historical meaning. An interest in how people used a natural place can therefore lead to different questions from an interest in the cave's physical shape alone.
At Island Harbour near Anguilla's northern coast, Big Spring occupies a partly open collapsed limestone sinkhole with freshwater springs. Indigenous use combined obtaining water with ceremonial activity; later residents also collected water there. The open sinkhole and the enclosed chambers of Fountain Cavern are different physical settings, while both help explain freshwater's place in the island's human history.

No. They are different Anguilla settings. Zemi Beach House is on Shoal Bay East. Keep the exact coast clear when choosing accommodation so that a similar place name does not create the wrong expectation about where the stay will unfold.
The Valley, Anguilla's capital, contains Wallblake House, a surviving plantation house built in 1785. It provides a separate architectural subject from the Indigenous water-history sites described above. Choose a visit to the capital for that later chapter of the island's history.
Island Harbour is a fishing village at Anguilla's eastern end. Boats and the fishing pier give the waterfront a working character. Choose it for an interest in local maritime life, rather than expecting the same resort-beach surroundings as Shoal Bay East.
They are small offshore islands belonging to Anguilla, separate from the beach at Shoal Bay East. Prickly Pear East and West are divided by a channel. A cay-focused boat outing adds an offshore landscape to the stay and needs its own place in the island plan.
Hibernia Gallery in Island Harbour brings together paintings, silver jewelry and objects collected in Asia. Its collection offers a different cultural subject from the island's archaeological and colonial heritage. Consider it when art browsing would add something to an outing in the east.
