Upstairs, fig and orange trees form part of the rooftop garden, and the outlook reaches across Beirut toward the sea and Lebanese mountains. The hotel has 56 rooms and suites. Classic rooms measure 35 square meters, with king beds and sitting areas; 40-square-meter Deluxe rooms add an open-plan bathroom. The 45-square-meter Grand rooms face the courtyard and have walk-in showers and dressing areas. The 55-square-meter Heritage rooms overlook Rue du Liban, most with balconies or Juliet balconies. Sanctuary rooms measure 60 square meters, with a king or two queen beds. Classic and Grand rooms accommodate two adults; Heritage and Sanctuary rooms allow three guests.

The 75-square-meter Veranda Suite has a separate bedroom, a covered veranda and a private balcony. The similarly sized Presidential Suite has a separate living room and two small balconies. The 100-square-meter Royal Suite occupies the top floor, with a terrace, two marble bathrooms and an office convertible to a second bedroom. Selected Classic rooms connect with Heritage rooms or the Presidential Suite, by arrangement. Marble bathrooms include local soaps, Dead Sea salts and Molton Brown products; room service operates around the clock.

Children are welcome, with babysitting, cribs, highchairs and early dinners available by arrangement. Connecting accommodation gives families an alternative to sharing one room. The hotel has an elevator, and its main restaurant and common areas are accessible. The family provisions are separate from the rooftop pool policy, which excludes children under 16.

The Lobby Café & Courtyard serves an all-day menu, with wood-fired pizza and specialty coffee at its center. Tables overlook the courtyard, making this the informal ground-floor dining space. On the ninth floor, The Restaurant takes a Mediterranean direction with an Italian emphasis. Persian rugs, Ottoman chandeliers and mother-of-pearl tables from Damascus furnish the room, while Venetian blinds filter the daylight. The decoration is as individual as that of the bedrooms, with dining extending into the evening.

During warmer months, The Terrace serves the restaurant's menu outdoors, from breakfast through lunch and dinner, alongside coffee, cocktails and afternoon tea. This seasonal outdoor setting complements the indoor restaurant. The Pool Bar looks across the skyline, while Swim Club brings classic cocktails and its own kitchen menu to the evening. These venues give the hotel several different places for a meal or drink, from the central courtyard to an open-air table above the city.

The 16-meter rooftop pool is reserved for hotel guests aged 16 and over. The landscaped terraces and gardens make the rooftop a leafy setting for summer swimming above the city. The age restriction applies to the pool area, not just to swimming.

Albergo's Wellness Room provides a dedicated setting for individual treatments. Aromatic full-body massage is available in 50- or 80-minute sessions, alongside candle massage and a full-body scrub. Shorter treatments concentrate on the face and head or the back and neck. The facial selection includes an option for sensitive skin. Appointments therefore range from a half-hour focused treatment to a longer full-body session, with a separate choice of facial care. The Sursock Museum, also in Achrafieh, provides a focused introduction to Lebanese art. Its collection includes paintings and works on paper, alongside sculpture and mixed media, with particular strength in the first half of the twentieth century. Artists represented include Shafic Abboud and Etel Adnan. The museum's address on Greek Orthodox Archbishopric Street is close to St. Nicolas and Gemmayze streets. The collection developed partly through acquisitions from the Salon d'Automne, linking it to the history of Lebanese exhibitions. Its works extend from the late nineteenth century into the early twenty-first, giving a museum visit a broad chronological scope.
