Deluxe Suites occupy the ground floor and measure 80 square meters. A private garden terrace extends the living space outside, and the bedroom can be arranged with a king bed or twin beds. Inside are a lounge area and a walk-in wardrobe, with air conditioning and a television that rises from its cabinet. Marble bathrooms have a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. The garden-level position is the defining difference from the Executive category upstairs.

Executive Suites have the same 80-square-meter footprint, with an open-plan bedroom and sitting area beneath high ceilings. Their balconies look toward the Ngong Hills. Marble continues into the bathroom; storage includes a walk-in wardrobe, and beds can be king or twin. Both categories provide space to leave luggage unpacked and sit away from the bed, with a desk for writing or working between outings.

The Blixen Suite doubles the floor area to 160 square meters. Its master bedroom is complemented by living and dining areas, a kitchen, and a guest restroom. Vaulted ceilings and garden-facing balconies give the rooms height and light, while Italian marble features in the finishes. The main bathroom has both a bath and a walk-in shower. This is a one-bedroom suite with substantial entertaining space, rather than a two-bedroom family apartment.

At 240 square meters, the Hemingways Suite adds a study to its living room, dining area, and kitchenette. The private terrace is a substantial part of the layout, with the master bedroom and its bathroom set apart from the rooms used for dining and work. It can interconnect with an Executive Suite, creating a two-bedroom arrangement when both are reserved. The connection is especially relevant for families; the larger suite alone is listed for two guests.

Butler service is available around the clock. Help can include unpacking, bringing morning coffee, pressing clothes, and arranging transport. Check-in and check-out can take place in the suite, and packing assistance is available before departure. The concierge also arranges private drivers, city visits, and shopping appointments. This service runs through the practical details of a stay, including early departures for a flight from Wilson.

The library stocks literary classics, African fiction, and travel writing. A boutique features Kenyan design, fashion, and art, while meeting rooms and boardrooms accommodate groups of up to 70.

The Brasserie serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with international and modern European cooking alongside Kenyan ingredients. Grilled steaks, house-made pasta, and seafood feature on the menu, and views extend toward the Ngong Hills. Culinary oversight across the collection comes from Cluster Executive Chef Zachary Ngugi. A children's menu accompanies the main restaurant service.

Afternoon tea is served on the terrace, with scones, clotted cream, sandwiches, and pastries. In Hemingways Bar, leather Chesterfields and marble floors create a more enclosed setting for cocktails and light plates. The glass-enclosed Wine Cellar seats up to eight for private dining and tasting menus. It is a small dining room within the hotel, with wines drawn from both established European regions and producers farther afield.

Le Petit Chef introduces a different dinner format: animated scenes are projected onto the tabletop between courses. The experience lasts approximately two hours and is booked separately. Classic, premium, vegetarian, and children's menus are available, with admission from age seven. Tables seat two or four, and smaller parties may share. The animation follows the same story across the menus, even when the food differs.

The heated outdoor pool measures 15 meters and sits among palms and gardens. A fitness center provides cardio machines, resistance equipment, and free weights, with personal training available by appointment. The spa has private treatment spaces, a steam room, and a sauna. Steam and sauna use is arranged in advance so the facilities can be prepared for the requested time.

Terres d'Afrique products feature in the treatment menu, which includes massages, facials, body scrubs, and hand and foot care. A couples' ritual combines exfoliation and massage, while selected treatments can be arranged in the suite at an additional charge. The Little Tembo selection is intended for younger guests and includes a mini manicure, pedicure, or back massage. A post-treatment lounge looks toward the hills. Appointments are also available to nonresident visitors, subject to availability.

The Karen Blixen Museum occupies the author's former farmhouse at the foot of the Ngong Hills. Guided visits explore the house and its furnishings, while coffee-processing equipment and farm tools remain in the grounds. A nature trail extends into the surrounding woodland. It provides a direct connection to the area's agricultural and literary history, beyond the references to Blixen in the hotel's suite names.

At the Giraffe Centre, educators explain the work of the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife and oversee feeding with the center's pellets. A raised platform brings visitors closer to the giraffes, and a nature trail follows the landscape toward the Gogo River. These are organized visitor spaces outside the hotel, with their own admission arrangements.

The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust's Nairobi Nursery is within Nairobi National Park. Its public visit gives an introduction to the care of orphaned elephants, but admission requires advance booking and the Trust's own confirmation. The nursery donation and Kenya Wildlife Service park-entry fee are separate. Game drives in the national park can also be arranged from the hotel, with wildlife sightings dependent on the day rather than guaranteed by the itinerary.

Wilson Airport serves many domestic safari flights, while Jomo Kenyatta International Airport handles the main international arrivals. Hotel estimates place Wilson around 20 to 30 minutes away and JKIA around 35 to 40 minutes away by car, with Nairobi traffic able to extend either journey. Private transfers can be booked in advance for both airports. The concierge also arranges vehicles for excursions and onward travel; airport transport is a separately arranged service.
