The interiors retain something of the convent's simplicity, with contemporary furnishings set against the historic architecture. That relationship becomes especially visible in the former cloister, where arches now frame private outdoor spaces.

Double Classic rooms look into the internal courtyard and are distributed throughout the hotel. Executive Rooms face the sea and have marble bathrooms. The room collection is varied, with different proportions and outlooks within the historic structure. Breakfast is served at Palmaria Restaurant, so the restaurant's view is part of the morning even when the room faces inward.

Deluxe Rooms have large windows overlooking either Palmaria Island or Doria Castle and the surrounding hills. Architectural details vary, and only some rooms have a balcony or terrace.
