The hotel has 432 guest rooms and suites, with rooms starting at 45 square meters. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sea, city, or combined views. Handcrafted headboards by Lorena Canals bring color and texture into the bedrooms, while curved furnishings and geometric details echo the Mediterranean setting. Marble bathrooms have separate shower cubicles, and bedside controls operate lighting and blinds.

The 80-square-meter Skyline City View and Horizon Sea View suites occupy corners of the tower. Their open layouts connect sleeping and living areas, with dressing space, a drinks bar, and green-marble bathrooms. The Arts Suite extends to 210 square meters and has clearly divided day and night areas: a lounge, dining area, kitchen, king bedroom, and walk-in dressing room. Its bathroom contains a private sauna. An adjoining room can be arranged for families.

The Club adds a lounge and dedicated concierge to a room or suite stay. Access must form part of the booked accommodation; it is not automatic with Marriott Bonvoy Elite status. Club guests have a dedicated arrival and check-in experience, and the concierge handles arrangements such as restaurant reservations and excursions.

Food is presented throughout the day, beginning with breakfast and continuing through snacks, afternoon tea, savory bites, and desserts. The lounge provides a place to eat or sit outside the guest room, with service from a Club team.

Enoteca Paco Pérez holds two Michelin stars. Pérez brings the Costa Brava to Barcelona through cooking shaped by Llançà and the Mar d'Amunt, drawing on fish and shellfish alongside produce from gardens and mountains. Seasonal tasting menus give this approach a sustained expression, with the combinations changing according to the ingredients available. Wine is central to the experience, with a cellar of more than 700 labels.

The dining room uses white tones and pale wood, and its terrace looks toward the Olympic port. The kitchen works with small and medium-sized producers, including collaborations on wine and olive oil. K22 Bonesvalls, developed with Alemany i Corrio in the Penedès, is one such connection. These relationships give the menu a regional foundation without restricting it to traditional dishes. Reservations are made for Enoteca itself, separately from the hotel stay.

Marina Coastal Club brings the hotel's outdoor restaurant and two swimming pools together across more than 1,500 square meters. Marina Coastal Food serves seafood and Mediterranean dishes inspired by tapas, with plates intended for sharing. Palm trees frame its open-air terrace, which looks toward the sea and Gehry's sculpture.

The Marina Family Pool welcomes children and adults, while the Gehry Pool is an adults-only infinity pool. Both operate during the summer season and are reserved for hotel guests. Food and drinks can be served by the family pool, with salads, juices, and cocktails among the choices. The pools belong to the hotel grounds, distinct from the public beaches nearby.

Inside, Bites & Sips serves coffee, light food, and relaxed meals from morning into the evening. Later, drinks and small plates become its focus. The hotel also serves a continental breakfast buffet with sweet and savory choices. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Arts Wellness offers facials, body massage, and couples massage, using Alqvimia and Swiss Perfection skincare. Reservations are required for treatments. The fitness center is available to hotel guests around the clock, with cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training equipment.

Arts Kids introduces younger guests to the hotel through Frankie the Whale, its Mediterranean-inspired character. Activities include a questionnaire whose answers can be found around the property or by speaking with the hotel team. Children's menus come with drawing books, and family activities can be arranged on request. The program brings play into the stay through meals, room touches, and shared activities.

Somorrostro and Nova Icària beaches flank Port Olímpic. Nova Icària lies to the east, with beach volleyball, a children's play area, and adapted showers and public toilets. Its loungers and umbrellas are rented separately. The municipal sailing center offers instructor-led dinghy sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing, with advance reservations. These are waterfront activities outside the hotel, and water conditions govern time at sea.

On the other side of the marina, the shoreline leads toward Barceloneta. The waterfront's promenades, restaurants, and sailing facilities make the immediate neighborhood different from the streets around Passeig de Gràcia. The hotel sits at this meeting point of the Olympic district and the coast, with the city's older quarters inland.

Ciutadella-Vila Olímpica is the nearby metro station on Line 4. The line also serves Barceloneta, Jaume I, and Passeig de Gràcia, connecting the waterfront with several central districts. Taxis provide a road alternative for journeys across the city, including trips to the Sagrada Família or onward to the railway stations.

Barcelona-El Prat Airport is approximately 20 kilometers from the hotel. Private car transfers require an advance reservation, and the hotel does not run an airport shuttle. Journey times depend on traffic. On-site parking and valet service are available for guests arriving by car. Barcelona Sants serves regional and long-distance rail arrivals, with the final transfer continuing to the hotel's address on Carrer de la Marina.
