Dining is one of the resort's strongest practical assets. Aailaa is the beachfront all-day restaurant, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and live cooking stations. Fiamma serves Italian dishes beside the pool, including pasta, risotto, and wood-fired pizza. Shio is the grill restaurant for meats and seafood. Hashi is set overwater and focuses on Japanese teppanyaki.
Kaashi gives the island its most memorable dining room. It is a Thai restaurant in a treetop setting, paired with Rum Baan next door. Rum Baan has 98 signature rums, which is unusually specific for a Maldives resort bar. Wabi Sabi adds Japanese-inspired cocktails and whisky with views over the Laccadive Sea, while Horizon is the beachfront pool bar for daytime drinks and easy evenings.
The Wine Room is another useful differentiator. It sits within Aailaa and holds 1,620 bottles across 320 labels. For guests who care about wine pairing, that gives the resort more depth than a standard island drinks list. Destination dining is also available, including beach dinners, Maldivian-style Malafaaiy meals, rum pairings at Rum Baan, and private meals beside the villa pool.
