The hotel is also inspired by Lost Horizon (1933), a novel written by James Hilton. The brand is also known worldwide for its tranquility and hospitality. This hotel occupies the 11th and 37th floors of the mixed-use Marunouchi Trust Tower. It also provides direct access to Tokyo Station. This is where the Shinkansen network ends. It also connects to the city's railway hub, which links local and regional bullet train lines and subways.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Guests who stay in the 41 Horizon Club rooms can use a fashionable lounge and concierge services on the 37th floor. The CHI Spa is cozy with wood, curtains, velvet, and dim light inspired by Tibet. It has five treatment rooms.

East Asian practices inspire the spa's best treatments. One option is the Deep Tissue Massage, which includes Japanese body wraps and scrubs. It's invigorating. However, the Horizon Club Executive Suites are among the best. They have large living rooms, light-filled bathroom windows, and a corner view of the city.

Andrea Ferrero is the Executive Chef. He was born in Mondovi, Piedmont, in northwest Italy. He began his journey at the age of 19 after he received a diploma in hotel management and catering.
