The 360 accommodations comprise 310 rooms, 45 suites, and five villas. Ocean outlooks vary from partial views to direct oceanfront positions. Standard rooms measure 50 square meters and have private terraces, so the main differences are their location, floor, and view.

In the Beach Front Wing, ground-floor Deluxe Partial Ocean View rooms look across lawn toward Nago Bay. Premier Ocean View rooms occupy upper floors above the Orchid Pool. The Sunset Wing houses Premier Ocean Front rooms on floors five through seven, oriented toward the evening sky. Deluxe Partial Ocean View rooms in that wing accommodate up to two guests; several other standard categories accommodate three. The Sunset Wing itself is not restricted to adults.

Executive Ocean Suites in the Beach Front Wing measure 76 square meters, with sea views from the bedroom and bathroom. The same-sized Executive Ocean Front Suite in the Sunset Wing has a living room and balcony overlooking the water. The Coral Suite expands to 102 square meters. Higher up, the 153-square-meter Ocean Terrace Suite occupies the top floor of the Beach Front Wing, with tall windows wrapping two sides of its living room. In the Sunset Wing, the 244-square-meter Halekulani Suite adds an outdoor air-bubble bath. The 294-square-meter Orchid Suite has both a private pool and an air-bubble bath, with a table on its terrace for outdoor meals.

Traditional Okinawan red roof tiles give the villas a character of their own. Each has a private swimming pool, heated in winter, and a bath supplied by a natural hot spring. The one-bedroom Cliff Villa measures 83 square meters and accommodates up to three guests. The two-bedroom Halekulani Cliff Villa has 165 square meters and accommodates up to four. These villas occupy the clifftop among island vegetation, with broad outdoor spaces overlooking the sea. Their private bathing facilities sit alongside the bedroom and living accommodation, away from the shared resort pools.

House Without A Key carries the resort's dining from breakfast through lunch and dinner. Its outdoor terrace opens to the sea breeze, and live entertainment accompanies the restaurant's evening atmosphere. Children have their own menu here. The setting is informal, but swimsuits are not permitted inside; the beach hoodies supplied in the rooms provide a practical layer between the pool and the table. Indoor and terrace seating give the restaurant an open connection with the grounds.

SHIROUX takes a more focused approach through a chef's omakase dinner. Consulting chef Ken Sakamoto brings an Italian foundation and the sensibilities of Kyoto to Okinawan ingredients and culture. The name comes from the Okinawan word for white, echoing the sand, clouds, and breaking waves outside. Dinner follows a set progression rather than an a la carte menu, and the restaurant welcomes guests aged 12 and older. Resort-casual evening dress suits its more formal dining room.

AOMI explores Japanese cooking through kaiseki, shabu-shabu, and a dedicated sushi counter. Okinawan ingredients meet seasonal produce from elsewhere in Japan, giving the menu a wider regional range. The eight-seat sushi counter is reserved for diners aged 12 and older. Younger children can dine at tables during the earlier dinner period, with their meal ending by 8 p.m. A private dining room is also available by reservation.

KINGDOM centers dinner on steak and wine, using meat from Japan and overseas, with seating extending onto a terrace. SPECTRA, in the Sunset Wing lobby, looks directly toward the evening sky. It serves afternoon tea and light meals before shifting to cocktails, aperitifs, and nightcaps. Younger guests have restricted evening access to the bar, so it does not follow the same family policy as House Without A Key.

Five shared pools serve different parts of the resort. The Orchid Pool's white flower is formed from roughly 1.5 million mosaic tiles, and a shallow Kids Pool sits beside it. Quiet Pool and the Sunset Wing's Ocean Terrace Pool are for guests aged 16 and older. All four outdoor pools operate seasonally, with weather and temperature affecting use. The indoor pool operates year-round and has an air-bubble bath and a hot-spring bath used in swimwear; some evening periods are limited to guests 16 and older.

Children aged 12 and younger need a guardian aged at least 20 at the pools and beach. Beach swimming is seasonal and confined to a designated area, where life jackets are mandatory. The sea remains a natural environment, with access governed by conditions. The ocean-facing fitness room is open around the clock for guests aged 16 and older.

SpaHalekulani has five treatment rooms and a natural-hot-spring heat area. Treatments and the heat experience are for guests aged 16 and older, and the hot-spring facility requires a spa treatment reservation. Appointments begin with a consultation. The menu ranges from body massage to facials, with longer sessions combining several elements. Its Hawaiian lomi lomi treatment uses oil massage, warm basalt, and cool marble, while other appointments pair body work with facial or scalp massage. The spa's treatment spaces are distinct from the indoor swimming pool available to resident guests.

The Kids Club accepts children aged three to 12 for separately priced half-day or full-day sessions. Its small capacity of four makes advance reservations important. Babysitting can also be arranged through the concierge in advance. Families can request cribs for children under two, strollers, and other infant equipment, subject to availability. Children aged 12 and under may share an existing bed with a parent, limited to one child per adult; a child needing an individual bed counts toward the room's stated occupancy. Kitchens can prepare baby food, including vegetable puree and rice porridge, as well as children's meals.

Naha Airport is approximately 75 minutes away by car using the Okinawa Expressway, depending on traffic. The hotel can arrange a chauffeured car or taxi, while airport buses stop at the property, including by the Beach Front Wing entrance. The bus journey takes around two hours. Driving along the general roads takes approximately 90 minutes under normal conditions. Arrival brings guests north along Okinawa's west coast, away from Naha's urban center and into Onna's beachfront resort area.
