The Villa's Art Nouveau origins remain visible in ornamental details and formal public spaces, but the accommodation has a contemporary character. Large windows, modern furnishings, and a clear distinction between room views shape the stay.

The hotel is close to the lakefront promenade and the town center. Guests can walk out for a coffee or a lakeside stroll, with Menaggio's streets beyond the grounds. Public ferries connect Menaggio with Bellagio and Varenna, making the western shore a practical base for crossing the central lake. The ferry journey belongs to the town's transport network; private outings can be arranged separately through the hotel.

Deluxe Courtyard View rooms range from 24 to 45 square meters, with king or twin beds and bathrooms fitted with walk-in showers. They face inward rather than toward the lake. Prestige Park View rooms are more consistent in size, at around 23 to 27 square meters, and there is a separate balcony category. Room names are useful here: the view and outdoor space are specific features, not shared by every room.

Loft Lake View rooms occupy the top floor of the historic Villa. At 27 to 30 square meters, they have queen beds, open closets, and walk-in showers, with French balconies facing the water. The lower ceilings give these rooms a different profile from the larger suites below. Their appeal lies in the high position and lake outlook, within a relatively compact interior.

Suite Lake View categories measure 50 to 62 square meters and use an open-plan layout. A king bed shares the interior with a sitting area, while a walk-in closet provides separate storage. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the balcony looks toward the lake and Bellagio. The living space is part of the same room as the bed, rather than an enclosed second room.

Terrace Suites also follow an open-plan design, with approximately 55 square meters inside and a broad lake-facing terrace. A king bed, living area, walk-in closet, and shower bathroom complete the layout. Outdoor space is the defining feature of this category, extending the suite toward the water.

For a divided layout, the Master Suite has two bedrooms with king beds and a large living room within approximately 100 square meters. One bathroom has a walk-in shower; the other has a freestanding bathtub. Windows and balconies face the lake and mountains. The two-bedroom arrangement gives a family separate sleeping spaces within the same suite.

The Presidential Suite is also approximately 100 square meters, but its open-plan arrangement centers on one king bed and a substantial living area. It occupies the historic Villa, with views of the lake and greenery, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom containing both a shower and bathtub.

Lago Restaurant occupies a broad veranda overlooking Lake Como. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served here, with Italian cooking that combines regional flavors and familiar national dishes, including pizza. The dining room keeps the water in view throughout the meal. Its all-day role gives the hotel a consistent place for breakfast before a ferry trip or dinner after returning to Menaggio.

SHIORI 1827 takes a different culinary direction, serving Asian-fusion cooking under Executive Chef Maichol Morandi and Chef Suphaphon Saengwong. Japanese influences feature prominently, alongside techniques and ingredients drawn from a wider Asian repertoire. Sushi and gyoza illustrate the style without defining the entire menu. This is the hotel's evening restaurant for an alternative to Lago's Italian cooking.

Bar Manzoni occupies the historic Villa, where ornamental details and chandeliers frame a contemporary bar counter. Aperitifs and cocktails are served in a lounge that retains the building's formal character. Bar Griso sits among the gardens beside the outdoor pool, with snacks and drinks served close to the water. The two bars belong to different parts of the property: one indoors within the Villa, the other beside the garden pool.

ERRE Spa covers approximately 1,200 square meters. Its indoor pool has hydromassage features, accompanied by a separate hot tub beneath a star-like ceiling. Saunas, steam and Mediterranean baths, and a Himalayan salt room form part of the thermal circuit. Between these spaces, the Lake Silent Room and Fire Room provide places to rest; the latter is arranged around a four-meter fireplace. Massage and facial or body treatments are booked with the spa team.

Children under 13 may enter the indoor spa areas during designated morning and afternoon periods with an adult. Guests ages 13 to 16 follow the adult timetable but still require accompaniment. A fitness room provides space for independent workouts. Outside, the hotel's garden swimming pool is reserved for resident guests, separate from the pools at Victoria Beach.

Victoria Beach is the R Collection beach club within walking distance of the hotel. Two infinity pools face Lake Como, and a children's area has pools and games. It is a separate lakeside destination with its own admission arrangements, not simply an extension of the hotel pool deck. Erre Restaurant serves lunch and dinner there, with seafood, meat dishes, and pizza overlooking the water. The club adds a shoreline setting to the hotel's garden and indoor swimming spaces.

The hotel's ERREBOAT is a 29-foot Comitti Breva Limousine operated with a captain. Milan Malpensa, Linate, and Bergamo are airport options for reaching Menaggio by road. Como San Giovanni, Como Lago, and Varenna-Esino are the rail stations identified by the hotel for onward connections. From Varenna, ferries provide the connection across the lake to Menaggio.
