The park outlook changes with the season: bare branches and open sky in winter, green foliage in summer and deep color in fall. These are specific view categories, not an outlook shared by every room.

The suite collection includes Park View, Central Park and Premiere Park View options with living spaces in addition to bedrooms. A Park View Suite has its own living room, while the Premiere Park View Suite adds a dining area. The range extends to the Royal, Presidential and Artists' Gate suites, each with a different arrangement of rooms and a distinct relationship to the park.

The Royal Suite measures approximately 2,175 square feet. Its living and dining areas have panoramic Central Park views, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. Handcrafted wood details, artwork and custom furniture give the interior its residential character. The Presidential Suite also covers approximately 2,175 square feet, with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. An entrance foyer leads into living, working and dining spaces, with a kitchenette for in-suite meals. The primary bedroom has a king bed with Frette linens, and the bathroom includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Park views extend across the living and dining areas. Connecting rooms can expand this suite to four bedrooms by arrangement.

The Artists' Gate Suite is on the third floor, with thirteen large windows facing Central Park and Sixth Avenue. Its entrance foyer leads to two separate living rooms, a formal dining area and a billiards room. A guest bathroom serves these shared spaces. The lower-floor outlook brings the park closer to eye level, with the avenue visible alongside it.

Contour Gastro Lounge and Bar serves contemporary American food in a setting that moves from morning coffee to evening cocktails. It opens daily from 7 a.m. until midnight, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dress code is smart casual. Locally sourced sharing plates are part of the menu, alongside dishes that can make up a full meal.

The cocktail program has its own daily ritual. At 5:15 p.m., a fifteen-minute introduction in the Bar Room offers a taste of the Contour Manhattan and a short account of the drink's history. Guests can take away a recipe card.

The fitness center and Movement Studio are both open twenty-four hours a day. Equipment includes free weights, treadmills and rowing machines. Peloton bikes and a Concept2 rower sit alongside Technogym equipment, while the Movement Studio offers virtual yoga, Pilates and high-intensity interval classes.

Ritz Kids begins in the lobby with a dedicated children's check-in area, a welcome toy, an activity book and crayons. In-room dining has breakfast and all-day menus for children aged twelve and under. Babysitting can be arranged through the hotel.
