Acre House rooms come in two booked layouts. The King room measures 411 sq ft; the Two Double room measures 400 sq ft. These are distinct room sizes.

Both layouts have a sofa and coffee table. Large bedroom doors open onto a terrace with lounge seating. An outdoor dining area and fire pit are also part of the terrace.

Bathroom fittings depend on the room booked. The King version has a freestanding soaking tub and separate water closet. The Two Double version has an indoor shower and separate water closet.

A King room can connect to a Two Double room, and vice versa. This is a connecting-room option, with the standard room retaining its own booked bed layout.

The Rambler House Room measures 488 sq ft. Booked options have a King bed or two Queen beds. The outlook is towards vineyards or orchard trees.

Large bedroom doors open to a terrace. Outdoor dining and a fire pit are part of this space. The Two Queen terrace also has lounge seating.

An indoor shower opens to a private outdoor shower in its own garden space. The bathroom has a separate water closet.

The King room has a couch seating area and coffee table. Either room can combine with the Rambler King Suite to make a two-bedroom cottage. The suite is a connecting option rather than part of the standard room.

The Arbor Cottage is a freestanding modern farmhouse with 610 sq ft. Its layout has a sleeping area and an open-plan living area. Bookings specify either a King bed or two Double beds. A washer and dryer are supplied. The ground-floor Terrace Villa has 1,790 sq ft indoors. Its primary bedroom has an outdoor bathtub and shower.

The Two-Bedroom Terrace Villa occupies the ground floor. It has one King bed and two Queen beds, plus two-and-a-half bathrooms. It offers 1,790 sq ft indoors and 3,192 sq ft in total.

An outdoor shower and bathtub are off the primary bedroom. The villa also has an outdoor fireplace and lounge seating. The second-floor Sky Villa has 1,788 sq ft indoors. Its great room has 18 ft vaulted ceilings, and the villa has vineyard views.

A full gourmet kitchen with a wine fridge is provided. The outdoor kitchen has its own grill, refrigerator and wine cooler. It also has a sink and cabinets.

Marble fireplaces and a washer and dryer are also provided.

The Three Bedroom Palomino Suite measures 2,928 sq ft. It has two King bedrooms and one bedroom with two Queen beds. Each bedroom has a seating area and private terrace.

The separate living room has large sofas, club chairs and a fireplace. A wet bar and two dining areas are provided. Indoor dining seats eight.

Each bedroom terrace has lounge seating and a fire pit. A further outdoor living area has sofa and lounge seating, another fire pit and dining for eight.

All three bedrooms have bathrooms with freestanding soaking tubs and separate water closets. Private outdoor garden showers are specified for the primary King and Two Queen bedrooms.

This three-bedroom Vineyard Home has 2,353 sq ft indoors and 5,814 sq ft of total space. Booked layouts have three King beds, or two King and two Double beds. Both have three-and-a-half bathrooms.

The second and third bedrooms are detached from the main home. Each version has a full gourmet kitchen, outdoor dining area and plunge pool. A washer and dryer and two-car garage are also provided.

The Three King layout has a kitchen island and a backyard with vineyard views. Its garage includes an EV charger.

The Two King/Two Double version has living and dining rooms and courtyards at the front and back. Its primary suite has an outdoor shower, soaking tub and private pavilion.

This three-bedroom Vineyard Home has three King beds and three-and-a-half bathrooms. It offers 2,483 sq ft of indoor space and 6,203 sq ft in total. An in-law suite is part of the layout.

The main home is separate from the second and third bedrooms. The home also has a courtyard, a living room and a dining room.

A full gourmet kitchen is provided, with an outdoor dining area. The backyard has a plunge pool, and an outdoor fire pit is also part of the home.

This two-story Vineyard Home has four bedrooms with four King beds and four-and-a-half bathrooms. It offers 3,217 sq ft indoors. The published total space, including outdoor areas, is 6,676 sq ft.

The entryway opens to a courtyard with a plunge pool and outdoor entertainment space. Beyond it are living and dining rooms with a full gourmet kitchen and wine fridge.

A hallway links the social areas and a guest bedroom to the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a soaking tub and outdoor shower. Two further guest bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor.

A washer and dryer are provided, along with a one-car garage.

This three-story Vineyard Home has four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. Its booked layout has three King beds with either four Double beds or one Queen bed. Indoor space is 3,713 sq ft; total space is 7,513 sq ft.

Both versions have a full gourmet kitchen, spacious courtyard and plunge pool. An office area and washer and dryer are also provided.

The Three King/Four Double version has living and dining areas, a kitchen wine fridge and pantry. Two bedrooms are on the second level, with a studio on the top floor.

The Three King/One Queen version has an open-plan layout and vineyard views. Its bedrooms are on the first and second levels. This version has a one-car garage; the Four Double layout has space for two cars.
