For a more open view, the Premier King with Terrace has an outdoor dining table and chaise lounges overlooking Charleston's historic peninsula. Outdoor space belongs to these named categories; it is not a feature of every room.

Families can share a Deluxe Double Queen, which measures up to 430 square feet and accommodates four. Some connect to another double-queen room, subject to availability. Rollaway beds are not permitted in double-queen categories. The accessible version measures up to 495 square feet, with a walk-in shower, separate tub, and adapted amenities. Across the room collection, coffee machines, terry robes, and in-room dining accompany the more traditional decorative details.

The 515-square-foot Junior King Suite has a separate living area and floor-to-ceiling bedroom windows. Upstairs are the king bedroom, a sitting space, dressing room, and open office area. French doors connect the interior to the terrace, making outdoor dining part of the layout.

Gabrielle serves Lowcountry cooking in its dining room and on a terrace overlooking Marion Square. Seasonal produce and local seafood give the menu its regional focus, with Charleston red rice and succotash among the familiar accompaniments. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as weekend brunch. Its outdoor tables face the square, while the bar provides an indoor setting for a drink before sitting down to eat. Dinner reservations are required. Children are welcome here and throughout the hotel's dining venues, so the formal surroundings do not make the restaurant an adults-only space.

Camellias has a markedly different mood: pink marble, an etched mirrored ceiling, and a crystal chandelier in a room inspired by Fabergé jewels. The bar and tabletops reuse gray-pink marble from the former library's exterior. Champagne is served by the glass and bottle alongside caviar, seafood, and pastries from La Patisserie. Afternoon tea brings sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and small sweets to the tables. It requires a reservation, and a children's tea is available for ages 12 and under. Outside tea service, the lounge takes guests on a first-come basis.

Executive Pastry Chef Rémy Fünfrock oversees La Patisserie, the hotel's French café on King Street. Breads and sweet and savory pastries are made in-house, with a full coffee bar for an early start. Sandwiches on artisanal bread make it a lunch stop as well as a bakery. There is seating for eating in, or food can be taken away. Among the signature sweets is the Camellias cake, linking this street-facing café to the pink lounge elsewhere in the hotel.

Fiat Lux serves cocktails, wine, and food against panoramic views over Charleston. The rooftop bar has its own dining menu, with shared plates and more substantial dishes alongside the drinks. Nonalcoholic cocktails are also available. Seating is first come, first served. The setting changes from daytime rooftop dining to an evening bar, with a dress code that becomes more formal after dark.

The heated rooftop pool is open year-round and reserved for overnight hotel guests. Cabanas can be rented for a half or full day, with curtains that can be drawn around the seating area. Each has a couch, a fan, a refrigerator, and two reserved chaise lounges outside. Food and drinks can be ordered poolside.
