Book Casa Palmero at Pebble Beach with VIP Benefits

The living room, library and billiard room give guests places to spend time outside their accommodation. You can read, play a game or settle into the bar and lounge before dinner. A personal concierge is onsite to help arrange the stay. The pool brings another shared space into the estate, with morning yoga among the activities offered at Casa Palmero.

A design refresh announced in May 2024 introduced linen-colored walls, warm wood, wrought iron and cool blue tones. The pale walls give the rooms a light backdrop, while wood and iron retain the Mediterranean character. Blue adds color without dominating the interior. These materials suit the scale of the property, where the main house and guest rooms form a small hotel within the larger Pebble Beach resort.

Breakfast arrives in a basket delivered to the room at a preferred time. In the evening, guests gather for local wine, cocktails and dessert service. Guided meditation and yoga add other occasions to meet, while the concierge coordinates dining reservations, spa appointments and tee times. These are specific parts of life at Casa Palmero, from a meal at your own table to a drink with other guests in the main house.

Estate Rooms measure 585 square feet and occupy the second floor, with forest and fairway views. A king bed or two queens sit beneath wood-beamed ceilings, with a gas fireplace, window seat and oversized soaking tub. The Estate Studio offers more than 700 square feet, a king bed and a four-person dining table overlooking the first fairway.

Ground-floor Spa and Deluxe Spa Rooms also have 585 square feet, but open onto private garden patios with whirlpool spas. Deluxe Spa Rooms have no rooms above. Courtyard Suites offer more than 830 square feet, with a king bed off the living area, a two-person dining table and an outdoor whirlpool beside lounge seating.

The Palmero Suite has more than 1,260 square feet. A private garden off the main courtyard leads to its enclosed patio entrance, which has table seating. Its separate bedroom has a four-poster king and fireplace, while the living area contains another fireplace and a half-bath. A large shower and deep-soaking tub occupy the main bathroom. Outside, a private courtyard with a whirlpool and lounge seating opens from the bedroom.

The Spa at Pebble Beach occupies 22,000 square feet next to Casa Palmero. Its treatment spaces include massage rooms, a suite for two, facial rooms and Vichy shower rooms for wraps and scrubs. There is also a flotation-wrap suite. Separate men's and women's locker rooms have steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools and cold-plunge tubs. The Conservatory and Sanctuary provide spaces to sit before or after an appointment, and a salon offers hair and nail services.

At The Spa Juice Bar & Cafe, the choice includes freshly made juices, smoothies, soups, salads and coffee drinks. Food and drinks from the cafe can also be served by Casa Palmero's pool, making it a place for a light lunch as well as a swim. Spa treatments are for guests aged 18 and over; salon services start at 14. Use of the spa facilities requires a qualifying treatment booking, so appointments are arranged separately from the hotel stay.

The Lodge is adjacent to Casa Palmero and supplies several of the nearby dining choices. At The Bench, wood roasting and open-flame cooking shape a menu with international influences. The restaurant looks over the 18th hole of Pebble Beach Golf Links. A bar sits within the dining room, with a glass-enclosed conservatory and outdoor tables by fire pits and fire tables. Dinner here brings the golf course and coast into view from the table.

The Tap Room offers an American steakhouse menu in a tavern-style setting at The Lodge. Golfing photographs and memorabilia recall moments from the game's history. Burgers, prime rib and steaks are among the choices, with draft beers, wines and whiskey at the bar. Guests can watch televised sporting events over a meal. Back at Casa Palmero, 24-hour room service provides another way to dine, without leaving the estate for a restaurant.

Pebble Beach Golf Links is central to the surrounding resort, and Casa Palmero's concierge can coordinate tee-time requests. Reservations depend on availability and minimum-stay rules. Resort shuttles run between the hotels and golf courses, so the day's arrangements can extend beyond the fairway views from the estate.

The Hay offers a shorter round on a nine-hole course designed by Tiger Woods. One hole reproduces the seventh at Pebble Beach Golf Links, and a separate 20,000-square-foot putting course adds another way to play without committing the day to a full-length round.

The separate Beach & Tennis Club stands at Stillwater Cove, overlooking the 17th hole of Pebble Beach Golf Links. Casa Palmero guests can use its facilities during their stay. Tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center and a 25-meter outdoor swimming pool give the club a broad sporting role. A whirlpool and raised sundeck sit by the pool, while the club's dining room looks toward the ocean. This is a separate coastal setting from Casa Palmero's estate pool.

Casa Palmero operates year-round at 1518 Cypress Drive. Monterey Regional Airport is the nearby arrival point; San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland international airports provide alternatives farther away. The road journey enters through a Pebble Beach gate and follows 17-Mile Drive toward Palmero Way. Travel time depends on traffic and the airport chosen. From this base, Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey offer outings beyond the resort, with the main house and its lounge waiting at the end of the day.
