The marina makes it possible to see the loch from beyond the shore. Celtic Warrior cruises pass island scenery, including Inchmurrin, and coves that reveal themselves from the water. The summer program offers one-hour outings. There are also paddleboarding, bike hire and other outdoor activities across the resort, with the available program shaped by season, weather and age requirements. Woodland, water and the hills of the national park remain the backdrop, whether you head out for an activity or stay close to the hotel.

Cameron House has 208 hotel rooms and suites, plus a separate collection of 115 self-catering lodges. The restored mansion is joined by later wings, including the Lomond Wing added in 2022. You can choose a room looking toward the grounds, a loch-view bedroom or a category with a balcony. The Auld House retains the historic part of the stay, while the wider hotel offers more contemporary rooms and family layouts.

The Family Bedroom measures 33 to 36 square meters and sleeps four. A king bed occupies the main sleeping area, while children have a separate bunk-bed nook with its own television. Views are of the grounds or the loch. The 47-square-meter Loch View Family Bedroom with Balcony adds a private place to sit outside, as well as a bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The hotel's family-room guidance places children aged four to fourteen in the bunks, with a cot available on request.

In the Auld House, the Cameron Suite spans two floors and has two separate terraces. The Tower Suite is also a duplex, with a separate lounge and a rooftop terrace facing the loch. Other Loch View Suites in this part of the hotel have lounge areas and more traditional furnishings. Outdoor space belongs to particular categories; a suite in the mansion does not automatically come with a terrace.

The self-catering accommodation is spread between Cameron House and Cameron Club. Cameron House Lodges sit near the main hotel, its restaurants, the Health Club and the nine-hole Wee Demon course. Cameron Club accommodation lies farther north along the A82, near The Carrick golf course and the destination spa. These are separate parts of the resort, linked by a shuttle rather than a single cluster of buildings around the mansion.

At Cameron Club, a two-bedroom detached lodge sleeps up to six over two floors. It has three bathrooms, a full kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining area, and a pull-down bed for the extra guests. The Farmhouse and Auchentullich cottages offer another self-catering option, with living and dining space, kitchens and private terraces. They are close to the golf facilities, Clubhouse restaurant and spa.

The Health Club is in the main hotel. Its 18-meter swimming pool sits alongside a family splash zone with a flume and a bubble pool, behind tall windows overlooking the grounds. A gym and studio provide Technogym equipment, personal training and space for classes. Children under eight need an adult in the water for every two children; those aged eight to fifteen need an adult in the pool hall. Under-sixteens cannot use the gym, sauna, steam rooms or bubble pool.

The Spa at The Carrick, also known as Cameron Spa, is a separate destination a short drive north of the hotel. A resort shuttle serves it. The open-air rooftop infinity pool looks toward Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond, while the indoor facilities include hydrotherapy and relaxation pools. The latter measures 20 meters, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the estate. Experience showers, an ice fountain and heated relaxation spaces form part of the Thermal & Hydro Experience.

Treatments and the Thermal & Hydro Experience are for guests aged eighteen and over. Thermal access is booked in two-hour sessions and is not automatically included with a treatment or a standard hotel stay. Access arrangements also differ between the two lodge locations.

Cameron Grill serves breakfast and dinner in a room with plush booths and a mix of traditional and contemporary details. Seasonal meat and seafood anchor the menu, with vegan and children's menus also available. Down by the marina, La Vista takes an Italian direction: handmade pasta, wood-fired pizzas and seafood are served beside large windows overlooking the water. There is outdoor seating for suitable weather, and a private dining room accommodates up to twenty-four.

LOMA by Graeme Cheevers is a partner restaurant within the hotel. Its cooking draws on seasonal produce, with seafood, aged meats and vegetarian dishes on the menu. Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday, with lunch at weekends. The Tavern offers a more informal meal, while Great Scots Bar has a collection of more than 250 whiskies. Portraits of notable Scots line the walls, giving a drink after dinner a setting tied to the hotel's Scottish character.

The Carrick is the resort's 18-hole course, with changes in elevation and views that open out around the tenth and fourteenth holes. From the championship tees, The Carrick measures 7,082 yards and plays to a par of 71. It is about a ten-minute drive from the hotel, with the shuttle stopping at the Clubhouse. Back on the main estate, the nine-hole Wee Demon winds among the lodges, with sand traps and water hazards along the way. Golfers check in at the marina for this shorter course, which sits close to the loch.

Glasgow Airport is the nearer airport option, while the hotel estimates about seventy minutes by road from Edinburgh Airport. Both journeys depend on traffic. For a rail arrival, services run from Glasgow Queen Street to Balloch, followed by a short taxi ride to the hotel.
