LW Design Group drew on research in Luxor for the interiors, commissioning Egyptian-inspired reproductions that were mostly made in Egypt. The lobby rises to an eight-meter ceiling, with six inscribed stone columns along its central walkway. Sloping stone walls carry the pyramid form into the entrance hall. Near the elevators stands a seated figure of the pharaoh Khafra. The Raffles Salon contains a replica of the Narmer Palette, a carved account of King Narmer's victory and the unification of Upper and Lower Egypt. Decorated doors on the third floor took an Egyptian craftsman and his son six months to make. The garden's central dome is known as the Eye of Horus.

Signature Rooms and Raffles Club Rooms measure 70 square meters, with king or twin beds and private balconies. The Club range also includes Dubai Skyline categories. Diplomatic Suites occupy corners and have a master bedroom and separate living room within 150 square meters. Landmark Suites measure 204 square meters and have 47-square-meter terraces. The larger choices include the 301-square-meter 1 Bedroom Presidential Residence and two-bedroom Asian and Middle Eastern Royal Suites. Connecting rooms are available to request for families, with the particular room combination and bedding confirmed when booking.

Handcrafted decorative pieces and layered fabrics continue into the guest rooms, with Middle Eastern and Asian influences carried through the furnishings. Raffles Butler Service operates around the clock, across the room and suite categories.

TOMO occupies the 17th floor, high in the pyramid, and serves Japanese cooking at lunch and dinner. The restaurant imports ingredients from Japan twice a week, and its menu extends across sushi, sashimi and maki selections. There is a tatami terrace as well as an indoor dining area and bar. Its Japanese name refers to a longtime friend. Sushi assortments are chosen by the chef, while the sashimi platters range across several types of fish.

Solo takes its cooking from Italy's regions, including Lombardy, Tuscany, Campania and Sicily. Pasta, risotto and seafood are part of the menu, served in a restaurant that also extends into a garden. Portions are generous and the dining style is informal, with regional recipes at the center of the meal. Its current dinner schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with Sunday closing.

Azur is on the third floor overlooking the hotel gardens. Its breakfast buffet brings together European, pan-Arabic and Asian dishes in a bright dining room, and the restaurant also serves an international lunch buffet. Breakfast begins at 7 a.m., with service continuing until 10:30 a.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. on weekends.

Raffles Salon occupies the lobby, serving breakfast and light meals as well as afternoon tea. The tea selection is from TWG, accompanied by finger sandwiches and handcrafted pastries. The lounge is open daily from 8 a.m. to midnight, with takeaway also available.

Outside, Raffles Garden has 12 open-air cabanas among the planting. The menu combines Middle Eastern specialties with international dishes, and shisha is part of the evening service. This is a cooler-season outdoor venue. Published dinner hours begin at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 6 p.m. on weekends, with last food orders at midnight.

Society Room adds another evening setting on the third floor. The lounge and bar serves internationally influenced food and cocktails, with a terrace for shisha. It has its own social dining program, including weekend events, and a published closing time of 3 a.m.

Raffles Spa has six treatment suites, including one for couples, within more than 1,200 square meters of wellness facilities. Sauna and steam rooms sit alongside relaxation areas, while the fitness center is open to hotel guests around the clock. Treatments draw on Asian, Middle Eastern and European traditions. The Grounding Ritual combines exfoliation, a mud wrap, massage, a facial and scalp care in one sequence. The menu also includes aromatherapy and warm herbal-poultice massage.

The outdoor swimming pool is 22 meters long, with a separate children's pool and a heated outdoor Jacuzzi. Pool Restaurant & Bar serves freshly squeezed juices, drinks and light dishes beside the water. Its daily food service runs beyond the pool's published swimming hours, so the restaurant timetable should not be read as an extension of pool access.

Within Wafi, Khan Murjan Souk draws inspiration from the 14th-century market of the same name in Baghdad. Its shops specialize in goods such as perfume, jewelry and carpets, with a Middle Eastern restaurant in the courtyard. Pashmina Handicrafts Trading carries handwoven shawls and walnut furniture, among other crafts. This brings a specific kind of browsing to the adjoining complex, with textiles and scent merchants alongside the wider mall's retail stores.

The hotel's third-floor meeting rooms adjoin a library used for gatherings and breaks. There are 11 flexible meeting rooms, most with natural light, accommodating events ranging from small groups to 600 delegates. The ballroom and private garden provide further event settings. Each meeting room has built-in audiovisual equipment, and the library can be used for pre-event coffee.

Beyond Wafi, Dubai Creek traces the city's history as a trading port. Dhows line this seawater inlet, while small abra water taxis cross between the Deira and Bur Dubai sides. The souks on either bank retain distinct trades, with gold jewelry filling the windows of Deira's Gold Souk. The hotel's concierge can help arrange an outing around the creek and markets, taking the focus away from the modern skyline and toward Dubai's working waterfront.

Dubai Healthcare City Metro station is within walking distance of the hotel, on the Green Line. BurJuman provides an interchange with the Red Line for the World Trade Center, DIFC and Downtown Dubai. Dubai International Airport's Terminals 1 and 3 also have Red Line stations, so an airport journey by rail involves a change of trains and the walk at the hotel end. A road transfer reaches the Sheikh Rashid Road entrance directly; allow for traffic and the terminal used, without assuming a fixed driving time.
