The Alpine Deluxe Room measures 55 to 69 square meters. Wood paneling and recessed bronze lighting frame the interior, with a built-in fireplace, a balcony and an outlook toward the village or mountains. The bathroom has a soaking tub and rain shower, with MEI Spa toiletries. Room controls are managed through an iPad, and a Bose sound system is part of the setup. This category accommodates up to four guests, including no more than two adults.

Alpine Deluxe Suites range from 94 to 128 square meters, with a seating area, writing desk and large windows facing the Urseren Valley or mountains. A fireplace and balcony are part of the layout. In the bathroom, a freestanding tub sits alongside a large vanity, while selected suites also have a glass wine cabinet. The maximum occupancy is four guests, of whom up to three may be adults.

The Grand Alpine 2-Bedroom Suite has 192 to 223 square meters, with two bathrooms, a living and dining area, and an equipped kitchenette. Its balcony faces the surrounding mountains, including Gemsstock and Nätschen. Fireplaces, wine cabinets and freestanding tubs carry the hotel's materials and comforts through this larger layout. It accommodates up to six guests, with a maximum of five adults.

The Furka 3-Bedroom Signature Suite includes a private spa with a sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi. Its 318 square meters contain three bedrooms and living and dining areas, with space for seven guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows open the interior to mountain views, and a balcony runs outside. A fireplace and private wine cabinet are also part of the suite.

The Japanese holds two Michelin stars under executive chefs Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon. Their cooking is Japanese-inspired, presented through a modern omakase menu with wine and sake selections. Dinner is served from Wednesday through Sunday. Children are welcome from the age of six, and the restaurant asks guests to dress elegantly, without shorts or sportswear.

The Japanese at Gütsch is a separate mountain restaurant at 2,400 meters above sea level. It holds one Michelin star, with Sato and Toffolon directing a menu of omakase, sushi and à la carte dishes. Views extend toward the Gotthard and Oberalp passes and across the Urseren Valley.

A five-meter glass cheese cellar gives The Restaurant its most recognizable feature. The Cheese Tower keeps a Swiss tradition at the center of a hotel with a strong Asian influence. Beyond it, chandeliers light the dining room and an open kitchen lets guests watch the brigade at work.

Director of Culinary André Kaiser leads a menu based on seasonal ingredients, sourced mainly from the surrounding region. Vegetarian and vegan selections sit alongside a children's menu. Breakfast is served daily from seven until eleven, with dinner each evening from six thirty. Sushi is also served here from Wednesday through Sunday, between six and ten in the evening.

At The Bar & Living Room, leather sofas and fireplaces surround a menu of cocktails and light food. Selected DJ sets bring music into the evening. Drinks and snacks are served from five until midnight, and sushi is available from Wednesday through Sunday. The setting is informal, though swimwear and bathrobes are not permitted.

The Lobby serves pastries and regional light dishes around its fireplaces, with piano music accompanying the lounge. Afternoon tea is available by request each day between two and five. Light dishes run from noon until ten in the evening. Ski boots, swimwear and bathrobes are not permitted in the lounge.

The Spa & Health Club spans 2,400 square meters, with an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool facing the mountains. Twelve treatment suites sit alongside the bathing facilities and a relaxation lounge. The hydrotherapy area includes Finnish and bio saunas, a steam room, a brine steam room, a Jacuzzi and a cold plunge. Saunas and steam rooms are mixed-gender, with swimwear optional.

The spa opens at seven in the morning and closes at nine in the evening. From seven in the evening, use is reserved for guests aged sixteen and over; treatments for younger guests remain possible during those hours.

In the Health Club, Matrix equipment serves cardio and strength workouts. Personal training and private yoga sessions can be arranged. The fitness facilities admit guests aged sixteen and above throughout the day, with access outside normal opening hours available on request.

The hotel's ski butlers arrange equipment and transfers to the lifts. From Andermatt, the winter terrain extends across Gemsstock, Nätschen, Oberalp, Sedrun and Disentis. Cross-country trails run through the Urseren Valley, with a floodlit track at Realp. The mountain setting also supports days away from downhill skiing, including snowshoe walks and sledding on the route from Nätschen to Andermatt.

The concierge can arrange a snowshoe outing with a cheese fondue served outdoors. Andermatt's village ice rink adds skating and curling to the winter activities, while guided freeride outings explore terrain away from the prepared pistes.

In summer, hiking and biking routes lead toward Gütsch, Lutersee, Oberalp and Tomasee. Guided herbal walks focus on local plants, berries and Alpine flavors. Andermatt's golf course has eighteen holes and a par of 72, with lessons available and refreshments at the Swiss House. The Schöllenen Gorge and Devil's Bridge add a historical outing close to the village.

Regional rail journeys include the Furka steam railway between Realp and Oberwald, and the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway over the Oberalp Pass toward Sedrun and Disentis. These rail excursions take the stay beyond the valley without relying entirely on mountain roads.

Andermatt station is within walking distance of the hotel and is also a stop on the Glacier Express. Zurich Airport is approximately 125 kilometers away. Drivers reach Andermatt via Göschenen, with parking and valet service at the hotel. Local buses connect the village and lift stations; mountain-pass routes depend on road and weather conditions.
