Breakfast has its own range, with bread from the in-house bakery, cheeses, charcuterie and hot dishes. Blanche & Hierta offers an alternative with an a la carte breakfast. Later, this street-level wine bar pairs rare wines with seasonal small plates made from local ingredients. Its smaller-scale setting makes it a natural place for a lighter meal or a glass before heading into the city.

The Cocktail Bar takes its cues from Prohibition-era speakeasies, with low lighting and rich textures. Modern cocktails give it a different identity from the wine bar, and its appeal to locals keeps the hotel's social spaces connected to Stockholm. There is a clear choice between a wine-led evening at Blanche & Hierta and the more enclosed, after-dark atmosphere here.

Above the hotel, Stockholm Under Stjarnorna, known as SUS, changes the scale again. The rooftop combines a city panorama with a program of concerts, DJ sets and outdoor cinema. It adds an outdoor perspective to the hotel's darker interiors, with the skyline replacing the art as the main backdrop.
