Veranda faces the waterfront and the Royal Palace, serving a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. The smörgåsbord includes several preparations of herring, gravlax and meatballs with lingonberry jam. The hotel's own 1874 Grand Aquavit is flavored with caraway, anise and fennel. Seasonal themed weeks bring changes to the usual smörgåsbord service. The Cadier Bar is named for Régis Cadier, the French chef who founded the hotel. Breakfast here is à la carte, followed by lunch, afternoon tea and a bar menu. Sofas provide seating for tea or a drink, and the bar welcomes Stockholm residents as well as hotel guests. Cocktails and Champagne feature alongside the food, with a smart-casual dress code.

Matbaren is Dahlgren's informal bistro, recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Medium-sized dishes are served at tables or along a large bar counter. The menu changes daily with the available seasonal produce. You can order one dish or several, with wines available by the glass. Dinner is served Monday through Saturday, and lunch runs Wednesday through Saturday.

Seafood Gastro holds one Michelin star and explores ingredients from the water and its edges. Fish, shellfish, seabirds, seaweed and coastal greens appear in the tasting menu, with alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage pairings. Dinner runs Wednesday through Saturday, with lunch on Friday. The restaurant cannot provide vegetarian or vegan menus, or menus free of seafood, fish or milk protein.

Grand Soleil draws on the French and Italian Riviera for its lunch and dinner menus. Wines by the glass and nonalcoholic drinks accompany the food. The coastal influence extends to the restaurant's design, bringing a Mediterranean reference to this Stockholm waterfront address. For meals in your room, the hotel has an around-the-clock room service menu covering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Single Rooms start at 15 square meters and are individually decorated. Superior Rooms begin at 20 square meters, while Deluxe Rooms start at 30. Both Superior and Deluxe categories come with either water views or an outlook toward a side street or courtyard. Junior Suites, from 45 square meters, add a defined sitting area and also have a choice of water or street and courtyard views.

Superior Suites start at 50 square meters, with a king bedroom and a separate living room. Executive Suites begin at 60 square meters and face the waterfront. The 82-square-meter Royal Suite has French balcony doors looking toward the Royal Palace across the water.

The 78-square-meter Terrace Suite has outdoor seating for four, facing the Royal Palace and the old town. Its terrace comes into use in the warmer months, during Stockholm's long summer evenings. Inside are a king DUX bed, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a Sjöstrand coffee machine.

Suites with parlors can be expanded to as many as five rooms. These configurations have waterfront views of the Royal Palace and Gamla Stan. The parlors come in two sizes, each with a dining table for private meals. Three have a kitchenette. Arrangements are made directly with the reservations team, which can also organize accommodation across an entire floor.

At the top of the hotel, the 85-square-meter Rooftop Suite has views across Stockholm and the old town. Martin Brudnizki designed its interiors, with velvet chairs, geometric rugs and a soft color palette. The neighboring Flag Suite shares his design approach and the elevated waterfront setting. Each suite has a king bed and master and guest bathrooms. Together, they form a 185-square-meter arrangement occupying a private floor.

The Princess Lilian Suite has two bedrooms within 330 square meters. A sitting room, library and kitchen sit alongside a private spa area and a cinema for twelve. In the living room, there is a grand piano and a dining table seating ten. The kitchen allows guests to cook or arrange a chef for the evening. Its spa area includes a deep mosaic soaking tub, massage showers and a sauna. The cinema has a Krix sound system, Apple TV and a PlayStation 5. A cross-trainer, weights and yoga mat are also provided. Set at the top of the hotel, the suite looks out across Stockholm.

Nordic Spa & Fitness takes its design cues from the Swedish archipelago. Granite from Grythyttan and Rauk stones from Gotland feature in the interiors. A pool and hydromassage pool sit alongside a cold-water pool, steam room and dry sauna. Experience showers and a cold bucket shower add to the bathing facilities. There is a relaxation area and a separate quiet room. The minimum age is sixteen, and phones and computers stay in the lockers. Towels, robes and slippers are provided; bring your own swimwear.

The fitness club has Technogym equipment and views of the waterfront and Royal Palace. A private studio is used for yoga, stretching and other activities, and personal training can be arranged. The Fitness Bar serves breakfast, lunch and refreshments, with lunch also available to take away. Fitness and communal areas open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.

Private transfers can be arranged through the hotel, whose fleet has English-speaking drivers. A Mercedes S-class carries up to three passengers, while a Mercedes Viano can accommodate up to seven.
