La Residencia has 67 accommodations in total: 63 rooms and suites, three Signature Suites and one villa. Rooms are individually furnished with antiques and local art. A Classic Double Room measures 21 to 29 square meters and sleeps two in a king or queen bed. Its view is toward the village or mountains. The Matthew Williamson Suite takes a more expressive approach, with vivid colors and rich textures from the British designer. In the Son Fony building, it measures 69 square meters and has a private pool, terrace and garden. Views take in the village and mountains. It accommodates up to two adults and one child, giving a small family outdoor space of its own without moving to a separate house.

Villa Robert Graves is that separate-house option, about five minutes' walk from the main hotel. Its interiors by Studio Ashby use estate antiques, Mallorcan linen, blown-glass lamps and local art. Three bedrooms sleep six across the villa's three floors. The main bedroom is upstairs, while two bedrooms occupy the lower ground floor. The arrangement is worth noting for families who want bedrooms on the same level.

A mural by Jorge Estevez Valencia adds a local artist's work to the dining area. Villa guests can also use the main hotel's facilities, so a stay can combine meals at home with El Olivo, the spa or a class in the studios.
