The promenade provides a direct pedestrian connection to the Old Town, with space for a morning run or a walk beside the water. Bratislava Castle rises above this part of the city, while the Chatam Sofer Memorial is another nearby landmark. St. Martin's Cathedral and the streets of the historic center extend the walk into older Bratislava. The hotel's position remains distinctly riverside, with the promenade forming the route between the property and the city's squares, cafes, and monuments.

The hotel has 231 rooms and suites, starting at approximately 35 square meters. Room design is contemporary rather than historic. Individually controlled air conditioning, a minibar, and pillowtop beds accompany interiors planned for city stays. Views vary across the accommodation collection, so the river outlook belongs to the selected category, not every reservation. Room service operates around the clock, allowing a late arrival or a working evening to stay within the room.

Executive rooms and suites have access to the Grand Living Room on the ninth floor. This separate lounge provides refreshments and a place to work or sit outside the bedroom. It is distinct from the Lobby Lounge downstairs, which is the hotel's public bar and meeting place.

Junior Suites measure about 45 square meters, with a bedroom, living area, workspace, and Danube view. Their bathrooms have both a shower and bathtub. Deluxe Suites range from 52 to 65 square meters and provide a separate living room, with either Castle Hill or river views. Both categories list a maximum occupancy of three.

The 95-square-meter Danube Suite has a separate bedroom and living room with a dining table, plus a bathroom with a shower and tub. Its river-facing layout also accommodates up to three guests.

The Presidential Suite is listed at 280 square meters and has a private terrace measuring 75 square meters. A separate dining room and living room accompany the bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Persian carpets, teak, onyx, and black marble distinguish its interiors. The terrace looks across Bratislava and the Danube, providing a substantial outdoor setting for a private gathering.

RIVERBANK Restaurant connects the dining room to the river promenade through its windows and outdoor terrace. Executive Chef Jaroslav Žídek leads a kitchen grounded in seasonal ingredients and Slovak traditions, with influences drawn from farther afield. The result is contemporary cooking with a regional basis, served in a smart-casual setting for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has its own identity within the hotel, welcoming local diners as well as overnight guests.

A two-course business lunch offers a shorter weekday meal, while the à la carte menu and five-course tasting menu allow more time at the table. Wine and alcohol-free pairings are available with the tasting menu. Vegetables, freshwater fish, and seasonal game all have a place in the cooking, and selected dishes can be prepared in a vegan version.

Breakfast also takes place at RIVERBANK. The buffet combines fruit, breads, and pastries with savory dishes and familiar cooked breakfast choices. The river-facing dining room serves a different purpose in the morning, when guests can take breakfast before heading into town or beginning a day of meetings.

The Lobby Lounge adds a more informal layer. Coffee, cocktails, and small meetings share the space, with a glass wine cellar forming a visible feature of the room. The collection holds more than 300 Slovak and international wines, giving local bottles a place alongside established wine regions. Guests can sit inside or use the outdoor terrace overlooking the promenade. It is a public social space within the hotel, separate from the ninth-floor Grand Living Room reserved for eligible accommodation categories.

Zion Spa Luxury occupies 1,500 square meters on the eleventh floor, with views over the Danube and the wooded landscape beyond. The indoor pool measures 15 by 8 meters and is 1.2 meters deep. Hydromassage jets and a whirlpool accompany the water, while seating beside the windows faces the river. The elevated position makes daylight and the surrounding landscape part of the spa's architecture.

The adult wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, an aroma steam sauna, a cooling shower, and a pearl whirlpool bath. A private relaxation area sits alongside these facilities. The treatment menu includes massage, body rituals, and facials using Linda Meredith products. Appointments are arranged with the spa team. Standard-room stays carry a separate spa admission charge; suite bookings have different access terms.

Children may use the pool area until 8 p.m.; the adult wellness zone is reserved for guests 18 and older. The spa also has treatments for children ages four and up, with parental consent required. Children ages four to twelve must have a parent or guardian with them throughout a treatment. These are booked appointments, with the adult remaining involved in the visit.

The fitness center shares the upper-floor river outlook. Cardio and strength-training areas support independent workouts, while trainers can prepare individual training plans. Gym access is distinct from admission to the spa's wet facilities. Outside, the Danube cycle path and promenade continue the possibilities for exercise along the water.

The hotel's event spaces range from boardrooms to ballrooms. Maria Theresia has a gold-toned interior and space for larger gatherings, while the Habsburg Ballroom opens onto a full-length terrace. Smaller rooms include Ferdinand, which can divide into two equal spaces. Natural daylight features in the meeting rooms, and the outdoor plaza can host events beside the river. These varied settings allow a business gathering to move between a formal session, a meal, and time outside within the property.

Bratislava Airport is approximately 10 kilometers from the hotel, while Vienna International Airport is about 64 kilometers away. Airport transfers require advance reservation. Drivers can use on-site parking or valet service, and electric-vehicle charging is available subject to availability. A private river pier and rooftop heliport provide additional arrival possibilities by arrangement. For most guests, the practical arrival is by road, with direct drop-off at the hotel entrance.
