Royal Mansour Marrakech

Royal Mansour Marrakech is one of the rare hotels that feels like a city built inside a city. Set within walls near the historic medina, it unfolds as a private world of alleys, carved doors, gardens, fountains, restaurants, and riads. The hotel was conceived with the idea of a Moroccan medina, but it is not a replica or a theme.

It is a carefully made palace hotel where craft, privacy, and scale work together. From the first gate, the pace changes. Marrakech remains close, yet the hotel draws guests into its own rhythm of courtyards, shaded paths, and quiet architectural drama.

The setting places the hotel between the old city and the newer districts of Marrakech. Jemaa el-Fna, the Koutoubia Mosque, Cyber Park, Hivernage, and the souks are all within easy reach. Yet the Royal Mansour never feels exposed to the city. Its walls, gardens, and interior lanes create a strong sense of arrival. The Atlas Mountains form a distant backdrop, while palms, citrus trees, water, and stone bring the focus back to the estate itself.

Good to know about Royal Mansour Marrakech

Who is Royal Mansour Marrakech best for?

Royal Mansour Marrakech is best for luxury travelers who want a private riad rather than a hotel room, with Medina access, Moroccan craftsmanship, rooftop terraces, plunge pools, Spa Royal Mansour, La Grande Table Marocaine, Sesamo and Le Jardin. It suits couples, families, special occasions and guests seeking the most residential Marrakech experience.

Is Royal Mansour Marrakech better than a traditional riad?

Royal Mansour Marrakech is better if you want the privacy and craftsmanship of a riad with the scale, service, spa, gardens and restaurants of a palace hotel. A traditional riad is better if you want a smaller, more intimate Medina stay. Royal Mansour is the more complete luxury-residence experience.

What is Le Jardin at Royal Mansour Marrakech?

Le Jardin is the hotel's open-air garden restaurant, designed for more relaxed meals among palms and greenery. It is especially appealing for lunch, warm evenings or guests who want a lighter rhythm than the formal dining rooms. The setting makes the hotel grounds feel like an oasis within Marrakech.

What is Sesamo at Royal Mansour Marrakech?

Sesamo is the hotel's Italian restaurant, created for guests who want a different culinary mood during a Marrakech stay. Its Venetian-inspired atmosphere and Italian cooking add variety to the hotel dining scene, especially for longer stays when guests want more than Moroccan and French-influenced cuisine.

What is La Grande Table Marocaine?

La Grande Table Marocaine is Royal Mansour Marrakech's refined Moroccan restaurant and one of the hotel's defining culinary experiences. It is the right choice for guests who want Moroccan cuisine treated with ceremony, precision and elegance, rather than a casual tagine dinner after a day in the souks.
