The Dwelling - The charm of an ancient Venetian villa for a charming Wine Relais. Villa Cordevigo is an ancient patrician residence dating back to the 18th century, framed by a highly prestigious environmental context. The charm of the Venetian villas, the subtle balance of geometric and round lines, the perfect grafting of the architecture of the buildings, and landscape architecture are all contained in this estate that stands in the locality of Cordevigo, an ancient Roman settlement. Over the centuries, Villa Cordevigo has undergone numerous interventions. The original core dates back to the Renaissance. Then between the 17th and 18th centuries, it was transformed according to the style of the time.
Two lower buildings form a square plan on the main body's sides that encloses a large courtyard with an artistic fountain and a small Italian garden. The complex also includes a splendid Renaissance noble chapel dedicated to San Martino, a vast park, and an immense vineyard. For centuries, the Cordevigo complex was at the center of the Lombard counts' fiefdom, and then it passed to the Dolci, Saladini, and De Moreschi counts. Today the Cristoforetti and Delibori families have transformed Villa Cordevigo into a harmonious charming wine relais that combines wellness, health and beauty, and food and wine. The church of San Martino was built around 1400 and was probably transformed and enlarged in its current form during the 1700s when it became the noble chapel of the Villa. The church is still consecrated and is open every year on 11 November on the occasion of the Saint's feast.

Oseleta is a suggestive place that recalls the agricultural culture of Cordevigo through the flavors of tradition and reflects the aristocratic and noble spirit of the house thanks to the signature of an artist of Italian gastronomy. Excellent raw materials and authorial style make Oseleta a temple of Italian cuisine. The pleasure of the table and the art of cooking are the principles that guide the chef in creating flavors and delights that captivate the senses. Simplicity, excellence, seasonality, and the eternal search for synergies between different elements - sometimes unusual - that enhance the qualities of the products used in the recipe are the guidelines of Giuseppe D'Aquino's culinary philosophy.
For example, a hymn to simplicity is his "piennolo tomato spaghetti, burrata and lemon zest." At the ." me time, a fruitful mix of different regional cuisines is the "amberjack, goat cheese, lime, piennolo tomato, celery sorbet," a double chef's homage to his homeland, Campania, and his current home, Veneto. The amberjack and the piennolo tomato, typical products of the south, are combined with the typically Venetian character of the malga goat. Oseleta's cuisine is also attentive to well-being on the table, and so to end up sweet, but not too much, here is "Green," celery, and white chocolate mousse, covered with basil and lemon jelly, accompanied by a green apple sorbet and sprouts. Amateurs and wine connoisseurs will appreciate the well-stocked cellar of the Oseleta restaurant, which boasts the distinction of being one of the richest in the area with over 600 labels.
