The 49 rooms and suites have balconies, terraces, or gardens, making outdoor space part of the choice even before the villas enter the picture. The collection ranges from Classic and Premium Rooms to Sea Suites and suites with pools. A garden outlook and a sea view offer different experiences here; neither should be assumed from room size alone.

For two guests, a Classic Room provides 30 square meters and a balcony facing the garden. A ceramic-tiled bathroom gives the interior a recognizable Sardinian detail. King or twin beds are available on request. The modest dimensions make the balcony particularly welcome, extending a compact bedroom into a private spot outdoors.

The 40-square-meter Premium Room adds a living area and a wide sea-facing terrace. Sardinian decor continues inside, but the outlook is the more significant change from a Classic Room. One Premium Room has a duplex layout, so the category is not entirely uniform. A third bed can be added for an extra charge. For guests who value a view over separate living quarters, it is a useful option.

The Garden Suite has 45 square meters, a separate living room, and a shaded terrace overlooking greenery. The extra room creates a clear division between sleeping and relaxing, without making the sea view the main attraction. A third bed can be placed in the living room for an additional charge. Its garden setting gives this suite a different emphasis from the terrace-led Premium Room.

At 65 square meters, the 2-bedroom Duplex Sea Suite occupies two floors. The main bedroom and living room are upstairs; a smaller bedroom downstairs accommodates a third guest and has its own bathroom and sea-view terrace. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and bathtub, while downstairs there is a shower. This is not a pair of equivalent double bedrooms. A connection to a Premium Room is possible on request and subject to availability.

The Roccia Pool Suite makes a closer connection with Pitrizza's rocky terrain. Its 50-square-meter interior sits on a ridge above the bay, with two bathrooms and a living room opening toward the sea. Outside, the terrace combines a pool with places to lounge and dine. It brings private swimming to a suite without requiring a larger villa.

Pitrizza also has 16 villas, most with private swimming pools. Separate bedrooms and communal living areas let families and friends gather without sharing every part of the day. The selection includes two- and three-bedroom pool villas, as well as Villa Corbezzolo and Casa di Sopra. The differences are worth attention: a villa name alone does not establish the pool facilities or sleeping capacity.

The 2-bedroom Pool Villa measures 150 square meters and accommodates four. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms, while a living room with a dining area leads to a terrace and pool. The main bedroom has a king bed; the second can have a king or twin beds on request. That arrangement works for two couples or a family.

The 3-bedroom Beach & Pool Villa also measures 150 square meters, but sleeps five in two double bedrooms and one single. Its outdoor spaces are the distinction: a heated pool, a Jacuzzi, and a garden extending toward the villa's private beach. The single bedroom makes it a different proposition from a villa intended for three couples.

Pitrizza's saltwater pool is one of the defining features of the resort. Granite rocks frame the water, with views extending out to sea. The beach provides another place to settle, with loungers and opportunities for snorkeling. Drinks and light bites are served at both the beach and pool, so a swimming afternoon need not revolve around a restaurant reservation.

There is also a more active side to the stay. Watersports include kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and Seabob outings, available on request. A tennis court and a padel court add options on land, both by reservation. These activities sit alongside the beach experience rather than requiring an excursion away from Pitrizza.

The spa's face and body treatments offer a quieter interval between time outdoors and dinner. The fitness center keeps the sea in view, and personal trainers are available on request for private exercise, stretching, or yoga. Sessions can take place in the fitness center or in a guest's room or villa.

The Grill Restaurant overlooks the swimming pool and keeps its cooking rooted in Italy and Sardinia. Pasta, seafood, and fish grilled over the fire give the menu its coastal direction. It is a setting for a full meal after time by the water, with children's dishes available and freshly prepared baby food on request.

Bar Pitrizza adds a terrace for cocktails and light bites, including an aperitivo before dinner. It offers a less structured stop than a restaurant meal. Room service provides another option when the attraction is the privacy of your own accommodation, particularly for guests who have chosen a suite or villa for its living space.

Porto Cervo is about five kilometers away, with shopping, restaurants, and bars offering a change from the hotel. Concierge guidance helps connect the stay with that side of the coast. Pitrizza's position suits guests who want access to Porto Cervo while keeping the beach as their base, rather than staying among the village's shops.

Olbia Airport is approximately 35 kilometers from the hotel.

For time farther afield, the concierge can arrange sailing excursions around La Maddalena. On land, Pevero Golf Course has 18 holes, while the Pevero hill trail and Monte Moro path offer walking and cycling routes. These are outings beyond the property, leaving the granite pool and Pitrizza's own beach as places to return to.
