Both accommodate four; the latter has two bathrooms and linked sea-view balconies. On the top floor, the 90-square-meter Isola Bella Penthouse Suite sleeps four in a king bedroom and a twin bedroom. Its living room includes a four-seat dining table, with a main terrace and a separate balcony serving the second bedroom.

Il Giardino degli Ulivi brings Sicilian cooking to a setting of indoor dining rooms and a broad outdoor terrace. Regional ingredients anchor the menu, with traditional preparations interpreted in a contemporary style. The restaurant has two indoor halls, and its foyer hosts the breakfast buffet in winter. This gives breakfast a defined indoor setting as well as the possibility of eating outside.

On the Ulivum terrace, tables look toward the sea and Etna, surrounded by citrus planting that includes kumquats, mandarins, and clementines. Breakfast and dinner are served here, placing the garden directly around the dining space. The relationship between the villa, its planted terraces, and the water below is particularly apparent from these tables: the restaurant occupies the hillside above the coast, with the view stretching beyond the garden.

Bàtu takes its name from the olive flower. Executive chef Luca Miuccio builds its fine-dining approach around Sicilian produce, with vegetables, wild herbs, and ingredients selected according to the season. Tasting menus give the kitchen space to develop this approach across a meal, without limiting its identity to a single signature dish. The wine selection gives particular attention to Sicily, including Etna and artisan producers.

For a private meal, the Rotonda sul Mare extends out toward the Ionian Sea on a circular platform. Its shape and position give the table a distinct setting within the property. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged here, with Sicilian table styling and dedicated dining service. The Rotonda is a private dining space, separate from the shared restaurant terraces.

The outdoor pool is finished in Bisazza mosaic in aquatic shades, with a broad staircase leading into the water. White parasols and sunloungers line the solarium, framed by Mediterranean planting. Views take in the Ionian Sea, Isola Bella, and Etna, while showers are available beside the pool. Swimming here is part of the hotel's hillside setting; access to a beach is a separate arrangement.

Rizza sits beside the pool, with its own terrace looking over the sea. The bistro serves contemporary Mediterranean cooking with a Sicilian emphasis, ranging from salads and pasta to sandwiches and raw seafood. Lunch can therefore be a light plate or a more substantial meal without leaving the pool area. Cocktails are another part of Rizza's menu, with drinks served against the same open coastal outlook. Its poolside position gives it a different setting from the villa's indoor dining rooms.

Belvedere Café pairs cocktails with a selection of desserts. It adds a drinks-and-sweets option to the hotel's dining choices, alongside the poolside bistro, the main restaurant, and Bàtu's tasting menus.

At Plumière Spa, floor-to-ceiling windows bring the sea and Mediterranean gardens into view. The wellness circuit includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, ice fountain, and Jacuzzi, with a lounge for resting between treatments. These are spa facilities within the hotel, distinct from its outdoor swimming pool.

The treatment menu includes massages, facials, body wraps, and beauty treatments. Sicilian citrus and olive oil from Mazara del Vallo feature alongside St. Barth rituals, giving the menu both local and Caribbean influences. The fitness room is separate from the spa and has Technogym equipment and windows facing the sea.
