Elena is a two-level restaurant inspired by the historic houses of San Telmo. Dry-aged meats, brasserie cooking and charcuterie define the menu, accompanied by regional wines. Leather booths and black-and-white flooring give the large dining room a recognizable visual character. A dry-aged T-bone and bone-in Angus ribeye sit alongside dishes such as lamb with lemon and ricotta. Charcuterie adds cured meats and cheeses to the table. Breakfast is served here too, followed by lunch and dinner, making Elena part of the hotel throughout the day.
Pony Line draws on Argentina's polo culture, with leather armchairs, wood finishes and a bar lined with high stools. Burgers and cocktails are central to its identity. The drinks extend beyond familiar formulas: Negroni Vigilante pairs a Negroni with quince and cheese, while the alcohol-free Vid-A combines red grape, verjus and coconut. Seating at lounge tables gives the room a different use from a formal restaurant, with space for drinks and a casual meal in the same setting.
Nuestro Secreto brings the Argentine asado tradition into the garden between the tower and La Mansión. Its covered dining space has a glass-and-metal roof, with additional tables outdoors among the greenery. Grilled beef anchors the menu, including strip steak with Malbec butter and ribeye with chimichurri. Meat empanadas and braised short-rib ravioli broaden the meal, while vegetable dishes include grilled mushrooms and curried cauliflower. The garden, grill and shared-table cooking keep this restaurant closely connected to Argentine hospitality.
