Overview
Featuring undeniable charm and Southern charisma, Hotel Crescent Court is quintessentially Texan, enriching the legacy of Texas and taking it to the next level. Initially, it emerged on the skyline in the 1980s and has since been acknowledged as one of the top-notch hotels.
The developer Caroline Rose Hunt and the designer Philip Johnson worked together and created a masterpiece in Dallas, United States. During the past decades, the iconic structure has stirred economic growth in the town. In addition, it triggered development in the Uptown area, thus, making it a busy and energetic region.
Style and Charm
The towering hotel, when built, over-shadowed the Empire State Building in size. Limestone was excessively used in construction, breaking a world record then. Italian and Spanish marbles were also used for flooring and countertops, and Welsh slate was used for roofs. The hotel's exterior was mainly decorated with cast aluminum trellises. Moreover, the place boasts one of the town's most oversized underground parking lots, spread over five floors.
The hotel combines Dallas' charms and heritage into an experience that reflects the proud traditions of the area. Further, the place has a rich décor with art pieces, including a Greek god Aesculapius's sculpture from Caroline Rose Hunt's private collection.
