SkyFire - Concepted by "The Godfather of Southwestern Cuisine," Chef Dean Fearing's SkyFire draws inspiration from the diverse, rich ingredients and textures in Mexico and infuses them with unexpected modern techniques. The transformative fire element is present throughout the bar, main dining room, and terrace, where piñon or cedarwood logs are burned to evoke a scent that roots you to the grounding atmosphere, and the wood-fired grill imparts complexity to bright, vibrant dishes.

Guests are asked to arrive at the Stables for their expedition 15 minutes before their scheduled time to fill out waivers and meet the horses. Wrangler-led pony rides are available for children seven years and younger.
