Pavyllon London brings chef Yannick Alléno's modern French cooking to Park Lane. The cooking draws on French techniques and seasonal British produce. Both à la carte and tasting menus are part of the format, and the restaurant serves breakfast as well as lunch and dinner.

Within it, La Croissanterie takes the croissant in sweet and savory directions, accompanied by coffee and matcha.
