Jara by Martín Berasategui turns to Basque cuisine, seafood and charcoal-grilled meat, giving the hotel a more focused evening restaurant. These are distinct chef-led concepts, not variations of one all-day menu.

At the top of the hotel, High Society pairs the skyline with light bites and cocktails curated around Jean Imbert's menu. The rooftop setting gives the venue a different energy from the restaurants below, particularly as the Burj Khalifa comes into view. For something quieter, The Gallery serves as the hotel's all-day social lounge and afternoon-tea setting. Bonbon Café by Angelo Musa brings French patisserie to the marina level, while Bitter Honey is a smaller cocktail salon in the lobby.

This range is useful for guests who want to stay in for a meal without repeating the same setting. Coffee and pastry can begin the day by the waterfront; lunch can face the marina; dinner can turn to Riviera or Jara; an evening drink can move up to High Society or settle into Bitter Honey.
