The resort has 95 rooms and suites. Color remains part of its identity, with individual layouts and furnishings that vary within categories. The outlook is equally important. Comfort Double Rooms face the mountains and street, while Deluxe Double Rooms have partial lake views from a balcony or terrace. Panorama Double Rooms face the lake and have a south-facing balcony and seating area.
Junior Suites come with either mountain or lake views. The mountain-view category has separate living and sleeping areas and a terrace or balcony. One Bedroom Superior Suites look toward the lake from a west-facing terrace, with the view described as partial.
One Bedroom Deluxe Suites measure 50 to 75 square meters and occupy the main or middle building. They have separate living and sleeping areas, a balcony or terrace with direct lake views, and either a king bed or twin beds. Bathrooms include a rain shower and bathtub. Carlo Rampazzi's designer furniture brings the color and shape associated with Eden Roc into these larger rooms.
The Two Bedroom Panorama Suite measures 110 square meters in the middle building. Its terrace looks across Lake Maggiore, and two bedrooms can be arranged with king or twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a rain shower and one with a bathtub, plus a separate guest toilet. The living area is apart from the bedrooms. That layout gives a family places to gather and separate bedrooms to return to at night.
