More than 1,000 works form the hotel's private art collection. Pieces by Antoni Tàpies, Eduardo Chillida, Jaume Plensa, Anish Kapoor and Richard Long are displayed throughout the building. The collection brings different generations and movements into the public spaces, alongside the hotel's older architectural character. Its connection to contemporary art includes the New Art exhibitions held here in 1996 and 1997. The Majestic joined The Leading Hotels of the World in December 2014.

Deluxe Rooms measure 20 to 25 square meters, with a queen bed or twin beds and a white marble bathroom. Their outlook is toward an Eixample courtyard or the Campos Elíseos Passage. Other Deluxe categories face the city or Passeig de Gràcia. Privilege Rooms increase the space to 30 to 35 square meters and add a work area with a desk. In the Privilege Family category, a king bed and sofa bed accommodate three adults, or two adults and two children under twelve, within 30 to 40 square meters.

The One Bedroom Suite Passeig de Gracia has 40 to 45 square meters, divided between the bedroom and a living or working area. A desk and sofa bed furnish the latter, and the white marble bathroom has both a bathtub and shower. These suites face the avenue and accommodate three adults, or two adults and two children. A Smart TV with Chromecast, espresso machine and around-the-clock room service are part of the setup. Connections to a Privilege Room or Majestic Suite can be requested, subject to availability.

Majestic Suites occupy corners of the building and range from 45 to 65 square meters. Most have panoramic views of Passeig de Gràcia and Casa Batlló. Soft, neutral colors run through the two separate spaces, which include a desk and sofa bed. The marble bathroom contains a bathtub and shower. Available connections include a Deluxe Passeig de Gracia Room or a One Bedroom Suite Passeig de Gracia.

The Majestic Royal Penthouse has two bedrooms in its main layout, with a large living room, dining room and maxi bar. Its terraces look across Passeig de Gràcia and toward the Sagrada Família.

The apartments are in an independent building at number 69, opposite the hotel at numbers 68 to 70. The Eixample apartment has two bedrooms, accommodates four people and faces a traditional interior courtyard. Layouts vary between individual apartments. Daily basic housekeeping covers bed-making, towel changes and trash removal; full cleaning, including the kitchen and floors, costs extra. Apartment guests can use the hotel's facilities, including its guest-only pools during the applicable hours.

Within the hotel, the Adapted Room has twin beds and 30 square meters of space. Features include adapted bathroom or shower access, a modified desk, and remote controls for doors and windows. These are specific room features, so matching the layout to your access requirements is best done before arrival.

SOLC focuses on seasonal Mediterranean cooking. Vegetables come from the hotel's farm in the Maresme, with fish brought from Barcelona's fish market and meat from local producers. The menu changes with the produce available, keeping the restaurant rooted in the surrounding region. Lunch and dinner service runs from Tuesday through Saturday. Alongside the restaurant menu, SOLC has a tasting menu and a gourmet lunch menu.

Breakfast combines a buffet with a live cooking station where hot dishes are prepared to order. Eggs Benedict are among the specialties. The pastry selection is made daily in the hotel's bakery under Marc Pérez, and the broader breakfast draws on local products and Mediterranean flavors. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available. Breakfast can also be served in your room. Sunday brunch is a separate, seasonal service.

El Bar del Majestic follows the day from breakfast to aperitifs, lunch and dinner. Its drinks list includes wine, cava and champagne, with both classic cocktails and newer creations. David Romero directs the menu, and a pianist plays on selected evenings. The bar is open year-round and provides an indoor alternative to the rooftop for an evening drink.

La Dolce Vitae serves Mediterranean dishes by David Romero with views of the Sagrada Família, the city skyline and the sea. The rooftop menu includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The terrace operates year-round, with seasonal schedules. Its outdoor plunge pool is unheated and reserved for guests in hotel rooms, suites and apartments during designated swimming hours. Dining on the terrace does not confer access to the pool, which is a hotel-guest facility.

On floor minus one, the wellness area has a 12-meter heated pool and a 20-square-meter hydromassage pool. Jets, a water cannon, a footbath and loungers complete the space. Guest sessions last up to one hour. Hotel and apartment guests can use this area without an advance reservation during its operating hours. Children aged two to sixteen must be accompanied by an adult and use the designated family hours, which vary seasonally. Children under two are not admitted.

A separate, privately booked hydrotherapy circuit has a whirlpool, dry sauna, steam bath and sensory shower. Massages and facials are available by appointment. The gym is open 24 hours and has strength and cardiovascular machines. An instructor can be reserved for a guided workout.

The hotel can arrange a paid private transfer from Barcelona–El Prat Airport. Secure parking has direct access to the property, with valet service available. Cribs for children under three can be requested, subject to availability. Dogs up to eight kilograms are accepted by prior request for a supplement; cats and other pets are not admitted. In the rooms, Nespresso machines, tea and irons sit alongside the hotel's Musc Éternel bath products, robes and slippers.
