The One Bedroom Anantara Cliff Pool Villa shares that listed size and emphasizes its canyon outlook. Retractable walls between adjoining villa decks can open the outdoor space for guests traveling together. The arrangement gives two couples space to gather outside while each villa retains its own living room.

For families or friends, the Two Bedroom Garden Pool Villa brings a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Its 309-square-meter listed area includes spaces for gathering, with a central majlis, kitchenette and indoor and outdoor dining. The Deluxe version adds private access and parking. Al Maisan is the resort's international all-day dining restaurant, with views across the property and canyon. Bella Vista brings contemporary Italian cooking to the poolside setting, drawing on regional classics and seasonal produce. Al Baha, the courtyard cafe and deli, gives lighter meals a central gathering place, while Al Burj is the lounge for drinks, light bites and shisha. These venues have different roles, so dining is not confined to a single formal restaurant.

Private dining has a separate appeal at Diana's Point, where the canyon supplies the backdrop. Spice Spoons cooking experiences explore Omani and Thai cuisine, giving the culinary side of the stay a more participatory form than another restaurant meal.

The resort is approximately two to two and a half hours from Muscat International Airport by road. A 4x4 is required for mountain access, and the checkpoint requires a driver's license and vehicle registration showing that specification. Resort transfers provide an alternative to self-driving. Cooler winter nights and the spring rose season give those mountain days quite different textures.
