''Ceniza'' - Ceniza combines local culinary traditions with ingredients from the hotel's organic garden and products from local fishermen, achieving a fresh and seasonal menu all year round. As the name of the restaurant says, ash, smoked, and wood are the predominating flavors. The menu includes a variety of dishes prepared in a roast cage handmade. You cannot miss the bone marrow dish while you enjoy the sunset. ''Hao'' - The restaurant has a casual vibe. You can choose between sitting on the beach or at a table on the terrace.
