Its clearest trade-off is also its appeal: Monuments Beach is visually dramatic and known for surf, while the swimming and social life center on the pools. Choose a room by its stated outlook and layout, and the property becomes easier to read. The Cape is most persuasive when the view, the food, and Cabo's evening energy are all part of the stay.
