Zen Grand sits back from the shore among tropical foliage, with its own pool and koi pond. A resort shuttle links it to the beachfront areas, so the jungle setting comes with a different route to the sand. Ambassador surrounds the main infinity pool and is close to the children's clubs and fitness center. Grand Class occupies the oceanfront, with terraces oriented toward the Caribbean and another infinity pool. The Ambassador Two-Bedroom Family Suite Ocean View has 2,540 square feet, one king bed, and two queen beds. Zen Grand also has a two-bedroom family category for guests who prefer the garden setting. Grand Class Oceanfront Suites measure 1,377 square feet, with an open-plan bedroom and living area, a marble bathroom, a rainfall shower, and a plunge pool on the terrace. A suite here does not necessarily mean a separate bedroom behind a door; the two-bedroom categories provide a clearer division of space.

Cocina de Autor holds a Michelin star and serves creative cuisine under Nahúm Velasco, working alongside Mikel Alonso and Bruno Oteiza. The menu explores ingredients through changing combinations and textures. Piaf takes a French direction in a red-and-black room named for Edith Piaf, while Frida interprets Mexican cooking and Lucca focuses on Italian-Mediterranean dishes. Both Frida and Lucca welcome families. In Zen Grand, Sen Lin serves Asian fusion and Chaká brings contemporary Yucatecan cooking to an open-air setting among the trees.

Azul provides casual dining in Ambassador. Bistro serves breakfast and lunch overlooking the sea in Grand Class. Piaf and Bistro welcome guests ages 12 and older; Cocina de Autor specifies children over 12. Dinner reservations and restaurant dress codes remain part of the experience, even within an all-inclusive stay. These different settings allow an evening of formal dining without making every meal follow the same pace.

The supervised Kids' Clubs welcome ages 4 to 12, with arts and crafts, outdoor games, and screen-free play. Ambassador has a terrace for picnics and art workshops, while children in Zen Grand can paint T-shirts in the gardens. Teen guests ages 13 and older have a separate club with a disco lounge, golf simulator, cooking sessions, and a mocktail bar. Baby Concierge assists parents with arrangements for the youngest guests, and babysitting can be booked at an additional charge.

The resort also organizes an eco-tour through the Zen Grand jungle, introducing the area's vegetation and biodiversity.
