Eclipse has 57 accommodations facing the Caribbean. Great House Ocean Rooms measure 404 to 445 square feet, with a king bed and a furnished, covered balcony. Eclipse Ocean Rooms occupy two-story cottages, with patios or balconies and king or double beds; selected king rooms connect to double rooms. Estate Ocean Rooms sit within timbered houses and measure 474 to 493 square feet, with ground-floor patios or upper-floor wraparound balconies.

Estate Ocean Suites bring a wet bar, powder room, and living area opening through French doors to a covered outdoor dining space. Connecting arrangements extend to four bedrooms. In that larger configuration, the upper-floor bedrooms are detached from the other rooms, an important distinction for families with young children. The Great House Ocean Suite instead has open-plan living and dining space and a large balcony looking across the lawn toward the sea. Room layouts and bathing arrangements vary by category.

Villas at Half Moon have six or seven bedrooms, private pools, dining cabanas, and broad indoor-outdoor living spaces. A cook, housekeeper, and butler form the household team. Groceries and villa provisioning can be arranged before arrival, allowing meals to be planned around the group's preferences. The pool and dining areas keep much of the day close to home, while the estate's golf, riding, and restaurants remain part of the wider stay.

Delmare overlooks Eclipse's beach, with local artwork throughout the dining room and a seafood menu shaped by Italian cooking. Pasta, crudo, and grilled fish give dinner its direction, accompanied by a substantial wine list. The restaurant has a children's menu as well as its main selections. Evening dress is smart casual, with collared shirts and Bermuda shorts accepted but beach flip-flops and T-shirts excluded. Reservations are required for dinner.

At Hayward's, an open kitchen faces an alfresco dining setting with views of the Great House lawn and Caribbean Sea. Breakfast includes Jamaican preparations such as ackee and saltfish alongside more familiar egg dishes and pastries. The dinner menu continues that local thread through jerk cooking, oxtail, and curried dishes, with vegetarian choices and a children's menu. Its position beside the lawn makes the landscape part of the room, with several seating areas around the kitchen.

North Pointe is the outdoor bar and grill beside the infinity-edge pool. Lunch moves between seafood, salads, sandwiches, and grilled dishes, with children's options and tropical cocktails. Lester's Bar has a different character after dark: artwork by Michael Lester, for whom it is named, accompanies a Caribbean rum selection and live entertainment. Hammock Bar provides another beachside setting for drinks. Half Moon is not an all-inclusive resort, although optional meal plans are available.

Eclipse's saltwater infinity-edge pool overlooks the Caribbean, with a natural swimming cove by the beach. The setting brings the pool deck and shoreline together, while the villas have their own private pools. Water sports include kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, and snorkeling, with diving instruction and boat excursions arranged through the Water Sports and Dive Centre. Children need an accompanying adult for water activities, and outings depend on sea conditions.

The 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. Its bow-tie layout runs through former sugarcane land along the foot of the hills, with trade winds affecting play in both directions. Multiple tees adjust the length, while fairway bunkers and contoured greens give the course its challenge. Caddies provide local knowledge, and carts can be rented.

Practice facilities include grass bays, a bunker green, putting areas, and a pitching green. The Half Moon Golf Academy teaches adults and children, with instruction adapted to experience and goals. A resort shuttle links the accommodation with the course, and villa guests also have access through a tunnel. The clubhouse has a pro shop and a place for refreshments after play.

The stables provide instruction for beginners and experienced riders, including arena lessons and rides toward the shore. Rookies' Roundup starts with a short lesson before continuing through the property and accepts riders aged six and older. Pony Park Rides welcome children aged six and under. Helmets are provided and required, and each riding activity has its own age and weight limits.

Swim with Horses is a more involved experience for riders over ten who swim well and feel comfortable riding with or without a saddle. After time in the arena, the route follows Sunrise Beach before the horses enter the sea for a bareback swim. A guide assists two guests, with helmets and life belts required. Beach and swimming rides are booked through the equestrian team.

Fern Tree, a Salamander Spa, occupies gardens with fruit trees, a meditation labyrinth, and an outdoor yoga pavilion. Twelve treatment rooms include overwater bungalows, while steam and sauna rooms, a lagoon pool, and a tea lounge extend the bathing and resting spaces. Treatments draw on Jamaican ingredients, including allspice and cerasee. Massage appointments can combine a foot bath, body work, and infused compresses; facials and salon services are also available.

Tennis has its own coaching program, with private lessons for adults, couples, and families. Children's sessions adapt the instruction to younger players. The fitness center supports independent exercise alongside classes, and the resort's paths provide space for walking and cycling between activities.

Anancy Children's Village takes inspiration from Jamaican folklore and welcomes children aged three to 12. Supervised activities are organized for younger and older age groups, with separately priced half-day and full-day sessions. Children attending the village must be toilet-trained. Nanny services are available for younger guests, and cribs or additional bedding can be requested where the accommodation allows.

Sangster International Airport is approximately ten minutes away by car, depending on traffic. Private transfers can be arranged before arrival. Within the estate, shuttles, golf-cart transportation, and bicycles help guests move between their accommodation, the beach, and activities. The short airport journey contrasts with the amount of ground available to explore once inside Half Moon.
