The private garden gives the hotel a softer side. Dating to the 18th century, it has mature trees, statues and ornamental details among its flowers and plants. Tables provide space for lunch or a drink in good weather, away from the street. The garden also shapes the view from several parts of the hotel: Caffè Parigi looks onto the greenery, as does the main restaurant. Inside that dining room, paintings from the 17th to 19th centuries continue the palazzo's interest in older art.

The indoor pool opens onto a terrace overlooking a private garden. Around it, the wellness facilities include a Turkish bath, whirlpool, Finnish sauna and a relaxation room, with sensory and ice showers as well. Natural light and artwork are part of the spa setting. Hotel guests under twelve must be accompanied by an adult. Treatments are booked separately from use of the facilities, and the main spa is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Seven themed treatment rooms sit within the Grand Spa, which also works with Valmont. For a private appointment, the Royal Hammam Suite has pink marble, Moorish arches and its own pool measuring six by two meters. The suite covers 100 square meters in total, with two steam baths and hydrojets. Its Moroccan rituals use black soap, exfoliation with a Kassa glove and argan oil. A longer ritual adds a ghassoul clay mask and massage. The hammam can be booked privately, separately from the hotel's shared pool and thermal spaces.

The fitness area is a daylit, 300-square-meter space fitted with Technogym's Artis Sand Stone equipment. A dedicated weights zone sits alongside a studio for yoga and Pilates. Private sessions with a Technogym Master Trainer can be arranged. Hotel guests have access from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., giving the gym a longer daily schedule than the main spa. In-room spa treatments and a hair salon are also available.

There are 54 rooms and 41 suites. In the Milanese interiors, cream furnishings and natural wood create a more contemporary setting; the Parisian rooms use a classical decorative style. Every bedroom has a balcony or terrace, though the outlook varies. Depending on the category and position, views take in the garden, city streets or landmarks such as the Duomo and the Porta Nuova skyline.

The Executive Room starts at 35 square meters with a king bed. A Deluxe Room has 40 square meters and a choice of king or twin beds, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening the room to its balcony view. Available in either design style, it has a marble bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. Premium Rooms measure 42 square meters and accommodate up to three adults, or two adults and a child. Their large private balconies face the city or courtyard.

For a separate living area, the 60-square-meter Premium Suite has a king bedroom, a dining table and a terrace overlooking the garden. Its Parisian interiors include artwork and a marble bathtub. This category accommodates three adults, or two adults and a child. An additional bed or crib can be requested, as can a connection to a Premium Room. Babysitting and family amenities can be arranged through the hotel.

The Parigi Junior Suite measures 45 square meters and has two private balconies facing the city or garden. Curved furniture gives it a distinctly Parisian character. The Terrace Suite is larger at 55 square meters, with a king bed and outdoor space looking toward the city or garden. It accommodates three adults, or two adults and a child.

The Penthouse Suite has 180 square meters of interior space and an 80-square-meter terrace around its perimeter. Views extend toward the Porta Nuova skyscrapers. Inside are one king bedroom, a kitchen, living space and a dining area for eight. Calacatta Vagli marble lines the bathroom, which has a whirlpool tub. There is also a separate guest entrance with a cloakroom and a guest bathroom. Booked together with a Royal Suite and an Executive Suite, the Penthouse forms a three-bedroom combination.

The Imperial Suite faces the Duomo, visible through large windows and from its 55-square-meter terrace. The 150-square-meter suite has one king bedroom, a separate kitchen and a dining area for eight, plus a guest bathroom. Its main bathroom contains a whirlpool and steam shower. Milanese-style interiors and sofas furnish the living area. For three bedrooms, the combination joins the Imperial Suite to a Terrace Suite and an Executive Room.

The Gastronomic Restaurant serves Italian cuisine at lunch and dinner every day. Hand-painted ceilings and leather chairs surround a silver runway used by the waiting staff to bring dishes into the room.

Caffè Parigi follows the day from breakfast through lunch, afternoon tea and aperitivo to dinner. Open from 7 a.m. until 1 a.m., the bistrot lounge is also a place for coffee or an evening drink. Afternoon tea includes sandwiches and pastries, served in the café or, when conditions allow, the garden. For meals in your room or suite, in-room dining runs around the clock. Espresso machines and Clarins bath products are part of the bedroom amenities.

The address is Corso di Porta Nuova 1, next to Brera and close to Teatro alla Scala. The Pinacoteca di Brera gives art-focused days a nearby starting point, while Via Montenapoleone and the surrounding fashion streets are within reach. Sforzesco Castle is another nearby stop.
