The Sea View Suite with Plunge Pool measures approximately 37 square meters. Its private outdoor area has sunbeds or daybeds beside the pool, with the sea beyond. Inside are a king bed, seating area and walk-in shower. The compact pool makes a dip part of time spent on the terrace, with a lounger close at hand.

The Infinity Pool Suite has a generous veranda with a private infinity pool, sunbeds and daybeds. Its king bedroom and sitting area open toward the sea, while the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Layouts vary with the hotel's architecture. For both plunge and infinity pool categories, heating can be requested in April, May and October, subject to weather conditions.

The Two-Bedroom Suite has about 58 square meters and accommodates up to five guests. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the suite includes coffee facilities and a veranda with sea views. The two bathrooms are a useful detail for a family getting ready together after a day out. The veranda provides shared space without taking it from either bedroom.

The three one-bedroom villas sit alongside the town hotel and retain access to its facilities. Each has a king bed, sofa bed and open-plan living area, with places to dine and lounge both indoors and outside. A private pool and sea-facing outdoor space make the villa a setting for longer afternoons at home. A private chef can also be arranged for a meal there.

Lockable wooden doors link the three villas through their gardens. They can be reserved separately or combined into a three-bedroom residence with pools. The connections allow a party to move between villas while keeping each bedroom's own living space.

Executive chef Angelos Bakopoulos leads YĒVO, the hotel's fine-dining restaurant at Megali Ammos. Greek ingredients and cooking over fire define its current direction within a Mediterranean approach. The emphasis is on the produce and how it is cooked, giving an evening here a clear link to Greece. YĒVO is the more focused dining occasion within a hotel that also leaves plenty of room for informal meals.

Bostani takes dinner into the chef's garden. Up to eight guests gather at the Chef's Garden Table, where freshly harvested vegetables and herbs shape the shared dishes. The chef hosts the meal, and the accompanying wines are exclusively Greek. Its small scale brings the kitchen closer to the table: guests eat together around the day's produce, with the garden itself as the setting. It is a more personal way to explore the same interest in Greek food, through a shared meal rather than the restaurant's fine-dining format.

A separate, sommelier-led Greek wine tasting takes place in the Secret Garden at Megali Ammos. This 90-minute experience hosts up to six guests, pairing three white wines, three reds and one rosé with dishes prepared by the executive chef. Reservations run from May 1 to October 30, subject to availability.

Breakfast is prepared à la carte from an open-air kitchen. Fresh fruit and juices, eggs cooked to order, croissants and homemade bread sit alongside grilled meats and vegetables. Greek, continental and American choices allow for both a light start and a fuller breakfast. Service runs from 8am to 11am, leaving time for a slow start after an evening in town.

Poolside Dining serves casual Mediterranean food during the day, with wines and cocktails alongside the menu. It is an easy setting for lunch between swims, or for a late meal before returning to the suite.

As the light softens, the Sunset Lounge becomes a place for drinks overlooking the sea. Cocktails draw on Greek ingredients, and a resident DJ supplies the music. The setting is relaxed, but it has a social atmosphere of its own. Guests can stay for a drink before YĒVO or head into nearby Mykonos Town for the evening.

The town hotel is not a beachfront property. The Coast Bill&Coo is a separate, adults-only hotel with 25 suites at Agios Ioannis, where the group's beach facilities are located. Transfers connect the town hotel with The Beach. Under its canopies are double sunbeds and sofas, with further loungers down at beach level. Access can change with weather or private events.

Beefbar Mykonos is also at Agios Ioannis, serving lunch and dinner by the beach. The dining choices on this side of the island include COOZEST, whose Greek-inspired food takes a modern Mediterranean approach. The Coast has its own Pool Lounge Bar as well.

Valmont Spa has two spa suites for facials, massages and beauty treatments. Its Wellness Spa Suite contains two treatment beds, a private relaxation lounge and bathroom, plus a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam-bath facilities. A plunge pool, changing areas with showers and lockers, and a boutique with Valmont products complete the spa. Appointments can be arranged in advance, with time to discuss the treatment before it begins.

The gym uses Technogym equipment and is open around the clock. It has changing areas with showers and lockers, along with cold plunge pools. That leaves space for an early workout before breakfast or a later session after time in town, without having to work around a narrow gym schedule.
