The dining table seats six. In the marble bathroom, the bathtub and shower are separate, and there is an additional guest toilet. A wardrobe provides storage away from the seating area. Connecting rooms elsewhere in the hotel can be requested, subject to availability.

The Ritz-Carlton Suite covers 205 square meters and has two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Its windows look toward Tiergarten and Potsdamer Platz. A separate kitchen serves a dining area with a table for six, and the suite also includes living and working areas. There is a walk-in wardrobe and a private treadmill. Warm colors distinguish this suite from the cooler palette of the Carlton Club Suite. Soundproof windows are another useful detail at this city-center address.

The Penthouse spans 285 square meters. Its sleeping arrangement comprises two king bedrooms and a study with two single Murphy beds. The dining table seats eight, and the kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink and espresso machine. A large living area, walk-in closet and workout space complete the layout. For private exercise, the Penthouse has a Kinesis cable machine in its workout area. The marble bathroom has a separate tub and rain shower, double sinks and a heated floor. Room service is available around the clock. The bathroom also includes a bidet and a television integrated into the mirror.

POTS reworks German classics in a contemporary style. The restaurant is reached through the hotel lobby, with a terrace outside the entrance in summer. Breakfast is served daily, and dinner runs from Monday through Saturday. Alongside the main menu, there are vegetarian and vegan dishes, plus a vegetarian alternative to the tasting menu. Children have their own menu, with highchairs, suitable cutlery and drawing materials available. Lunch includes a dish of the day, alongside an à la carte selection.

Wine is a substantial part of POTS. The selection emphasizes German Riesling and Pinot Noir, with bottles from international regions as well. Lesser-known growers sit alongside established names.

The Curtain Club takes its cue from the 1920s, with cocktails, champagne and spirits at the center of the evening. A Martini trolley brings one part of the bar service to your table. Live music is scheduled on selected nights, rather than promised every evening. There is also a separate Cigar Club. For something to eat with a drink, the Königs-Burger combines two smash patties with cheese and caper sauce. Its starting point is Königsberger Klopse, the German meatball dish also associated with the cooking at POTS.

The Lounge serves lighter food, snacks and drinks, as well as seasonal afternoon tea. Savory items and pastries make up the tea service, with the selection changing through the year. You can also come for a cocktail without booking a full restaurant meal.

On the third floor, the Secret Champagne Garden is a summertime outdoor venue with views toward Tiergarten. Lounge seating, light food and drinks are joined by a bocce court. The space is also used for private celebrations and receptions, with capacity for up to 40 guests. Its entrance is reached through the hotel's corridors. Access depends on the summer opening schedule and private events.

The wellness area has a heated indoor pool, two saunas, a steam room, a hot stone and space to rest. A separate fitness room is open 24 hours, with treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines, free weights and resistance equipment. Massages and facials with G. Andonius can be arranged through the hotel.

For children, the Ritz Kids Cozy Corner adds a tipi, reading material and a travel diary to the stay. It is available by advance request, subject to availability. This is an in-room setup rather than a supervised children's club.

Guests traveling with a dog can arrange a bed with a blanket, bowls and treats through the hotel's pet-stay arrangements. The concierge's Berlin dog guide lists veterinarians, groomers, sitters and pet stores. Tiergarten is nearby for walks. Accessible rooms are also available in limited numbers by room type and should be requested during booking.

For a celebration or business gathering, the hotel has a Grand Ballroom covering 910 square meters, with an adjoining foyer for arrivals, breaks and drinks. Smaller salons include Bellevue and Pfaueninsel, both with natural daylight. Their banquet capacities are 50 and 20 guests respectively. The Stage is a separate 170-square-meter event venue with marble floors, a gilded bar and Art Deco details. It holds up to 60 guests and has both a private entrance and access through the lobby. Across the meeting rooms, audiovisual facilities include ClickShare and Clevertouch, with technical support for presentations and conferences.

The entrance is at Potsdamer Platz 3, with Potsdamer Platz train and subway connections nearby. Tiergarten provides a green counterpoint to the square, and the Brandenburg Gate is within walking reach. Berlin Brandenburg Airport transfers can be arranged for a charge; they are not a regular complimentary shuttle. Drivers also have on-site parking and valet options.
