Halfway between the historical city of Aix-en-Provence and the famous Lubéron Natural Park, the Domaine de Château La Coste is an intimate and unique place. Nestled in the heart of a 200-hectare vineyard cultivated entirely in organic farming, the site offers you a destination dedicated to wine, art, architecture, and well-being, in a preserved natural setting.
In the heart of the vineyards, on the hillside, Villa La Coste is a hotel with atypical architecture underlined by natural materials from the region. On two levels bordered by a shaded alley entirely in freestone and typical calades of the Provence, the 28 Villa Suites, ten of which have a private swimming pool, offer you a private terrace with an exceptional panoramic view over the Luberon. The hotel's contemporary architecture is accentuated by the use of local materials and follows the natural surroundings. A selection of indoor and outdoor dining areas, vast gardens around the swimming pool, bar, library, lobby gallery and spa, encourage aesthetes to relax and enjoy good lives.
Villa Suites - The 28 Villas Suites all have their patio and private terrace, offering a panoramic view of the Luberon valley and the expanses of the La Coste vineyard. The four Villa Suites (Pavilion Suite, Villa Suite, Pool Villa Suite, and 2-Bedroom Pool Villa Suite) offer Zen and uncluttered comfort. They reveal a natural, unique, and captivating spectacle specific to the Luberon's unique climate at dawn. All the Suites are spacious, very private, and decorated in a contemporary style while respecting Provencal traditions. They offer an intimate living space, consisting of a living room, a bedroom with a four-poster bed, and a dressing room. The marble bathrooms, bathed in natural daylight, have two sinks, a walk-in shower, a bathtub overlooking the landscaped patio, and a separate Japanese toilet. The Pool Villa Suite and Two-Bedroom Pool Villa Suite feature a private pool.

Francis Mallmann at Chateau La Coste - “Château La Coste is for me a palace of grace. A celebration of food, wine, art, and architecture. Back in France with a restoration project, it gives me great pleasure because this beautiful country is one of the most important centers of culinary cultures in the world. France was really generous and rigorous with me during the years that I spent working in many of its 3-star restaurants in the early eighties. She embraced my dreams and opened the most romantic path for me through her culture, history, and tastes. She taught me the real values of quality: silence, respect, and space. In my mind are always the most beautiful flower vases that always look great wherever you go. Now in Provence, it is very inspiring to work with the most delicious products globally in a restaurant that embodies the spirit of my South American fires. The colors of the interior decoration were chosen after the colors used by Cézanne in his workshop in Aix-en-Provence. I am very honored to bring the taste of my cuisine to a country that inspired my very beginnings. "
New Argentinian cuisine arrives at Château la Coste. Mediterranean fish roasted in a clay oven. Charolais beef, suspended from the dome, and cooked over a fire. Vegetables and herbs from Provence cooked “Rescoldo” style - buried in the ashes. A long roll of vegetables marinated and seared to perfection on the plancha. Charred summer fruit with homemade ice cream and dulce de leche pancakes will show you the love for desserts. Join in for a delicious meal rooted in the outdoor, smoky, romantic Argentine lifestyle. “Incendies au Château la Coste,” Mallmann. Elegant and rustic simplicity. A daily celebration of healthy, soulful taste. "
