There are 88 rooms and suites, starting with the Clarisses category. These rooms average 247 square feet and accommodate two, with a queen bed and a marble bathroom with a walk-in shower. Their outlook may be toward the cloister, old town or garden. Bespoke furniture and antiques furnish rooms whose shapes and interiors vary across the buildings. Air-conditioning is provided, but there is no in-room television.

The range extends through Colettines and Capucines rooms to Visitandines, with separate balcony categories. A standard Visitandines room accommodates two; a Visitandines Balcony room can take up to three. Suites du Couvent also accommodate up to three.

Terrasses du Cloître suites have a terrace or loggia looking over the cloister and orange-tree courtyard. They average 753 square feet, with a king bed and a living area, and accommodate two guests. Bespoke furniture sits alongside antiques, sculpture and older paintings. Bathroom layouts vary, with a walk-in shower in every suite and a bathtub in some.

Le Séchoir occupies the top floor of the convent and is reached by a private elevator. This 882-square-foot suite accommodates two, with a super-king bed, a living area and a desk. Views take in the cloister and Mediterranean. Antiques and older artworks continue the house's furnished, residential character, while the marble bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is no television, leaving the sitting area and the view as the room's focus.

La Tour has a large kitchen, a dining area for six and a living area beneath the roof of the historic convent building. It accommodates up to four and overlooks the rooftops of Nice and the sea. Custom furniture, antiques and old artworks fill the rooms, and the bathroom pairs a bathtub with a walk-in shower. A private chef can be requested for meals in the suite, so its kitchen can serve both a self-catered stay and an arranged dinner.

For a family needing two bedrooms, Le Jardin Marguerite is in the Rossetti building and accommodates up to five. Its king and twin beds can be supplemented by a sofa bed on request. A separate living area opens up the indoor layout, with a dining table for six and a kitchen equipped with a La Cornue range. Outside are a private garden with a summer kitchen and dining area, plus a terrace overlooking the orange-tree courtyard.

La Très Grande Suite has a spacious living area with a convertible sofa, a large kitchen and dining space for six to eight. It accommodates up to four, with views across town to the Mediterranean. Connections to Le Chapitre and an additional bedroom can be requested, subject to availability. The marble bathroom has both a bathtub and walk-in shower, and a private chef can be arranged.

Le 1604 is the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Le Bistrot des Serruriers has its own neighborhood address on rue des Serruriers, with tables indoors and outside. Up among the vegetable beds, La Guinguette serves meals and drinks between flower- and herb-lined terraces, weather permitting. Le Bar occupies the cloister, with seating inside or on its terrace.

The kitchens draw on fruit, vegetables and eggs from Ferme Notre-Dame in Touët-sur-Var, as well as herbs grown at the convent. Bread is made on-site from locally sourced ancient grains, with flour milled and dough prepared in the bakery. Guests can buy bread at La Boulangerie as well as eat it at the hotel's tables. The farm is in the Nice hinterland, not within the convent grounds.

The Roman Baths refer to the ancient bathing tradition remembered at Cimiez in Nice. The hotel's circuit moves between the warm tepidarium, hot caldarium and cool frigidarium. These are bathing spaces with different temperatures, distinct from a pool intended for swimming lengths. Access to the Roman Baths is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

Facials and massages are available by reservation, including treatments using essential oils from the herbalist. The Movement Studio also takes reservations for classes, with yoga, Pilates, floor barre and functional training among the disciplines. Treatments and classes are booked activities; the thermal circuit is a separate part of the visit. The facilities also include an open-air swimming pool and a relaxation pool.

The terraced gardens overlook the Mediterranean and contain herbs, fruit and vegetables. A 20-meter lap pool looks across the city and water, with greenery and old stone around it. At the herbal shop, the resident herbalist prepares teas using local garden herbs. The planting connects these different parts of the hotel, supplying the kitchen and herbalist as well as framing the paths and outdoor seating.

During school holidays, qualified activity leaders look after children ages four to ten. Cooking and pastry classes, creative workshops and outdoor games form part of the program, with meals and snacks prepared by the kitchen. This is holiday programming rather than a year-round children's club. Its age range is separate from the Roman Baths policy, which excludes younger children.
