Le Grand Café Fauchon gives the hotel its main dining address on Place de la Madeleine. Its French cooking draws on seasonal ingredients and products from the Maison Fauchon grocery collection. The approach keeps the restaurant connected to the house's origins without limiting it to pastries and afternoon tea.
