Studio and Studio Deluxe Suites measure 34 to 53 square meters, with a king bed, dining table, and fully fitted kitchen in an open-plan layout. Their outlook is toward Mount Street or the Atrium. One-bedroom suites separate the bedroom from the living area and have Atrium, park, or city-view options.

Two-bedroom suites measure 84 to 123 square meters and have two en-suite bathrooms and open-plan living and dining space. The 130-square-meter three-bedroom suites have three en-suite bedrooms and a street outlook. Larger London Suites range from 158 to 223 square meters and provide three- or four-bedroom configurations, with city or park views.

Four penthouses occupy the top floor. The Grosvenor Penthouse spans 448 square meters, with five en-suite bedrooms, a study with a baby grand piano, and a balcony overlooking Hyde Park.
