Overview
Montage Big Sky welcomes guests to enjoy the beauty of Montana's Big Sky Country. The region's premier luxury resort, Montage Big Sky, is surrounded by 3,530-acre Spanish Peaks enclave. It is also just 45 minutes away from Yellowstone National Park. Moreover, it offers 100 guestrooms, suites, and 39 residences with various experiences. These include access to Big Sky Resort, a private 18-hole golf course designed and maintained by Tom Weiskopf, and a Spa Montage measuring 10,000 square feet.

The resort sits in the Spanish Peaks Enclave. It is only a 20-minute drive away from the Big Sky Resort's main town and base area. Skiers who are more experienced will be able to ski down to the base to access the resort's two black diamond runs.

Cortina is a more formal restaurant with a Northern Italian accent.
Story
This is the Montage brand's second mountain property. Deer Valley was the original. Alan Fuerstman (the Montage founder) personally moves into each new property during its first month of operation to ensure that the brand's five-star service remains consistent.
Rooms
The hotel's timeless design and thoughtful layout create the feeling of a home rather than a hotel. All 139 rooms, suites, appointed residences, and apartments are decorated in neutral earth tones that reflect the natural setting. Moreover, many have balconies and terraces with views of the mountains.
The hotel is devoid of any antler decor. Instead, photography and coffee table books pay tribute to the American West. Besides, with a simple switch flip, gas fireplaces can be turned on and off. Large Italian marble bathtubs are large enough to accommodate two people. There are six bedrooms in residence.
The bathroom includes a separate shower, bath, slippers, and hair dryers. You can also surf the internet using both wired and wireless Internet access.
