The tranquil setting of Loch Lomond is the inspiration behind the Hydro & Thermal Experience at Cameron Spa. Lasting two hours, you'll have plenty of time to drift away and allow the gentle waters, heat, and aromatics to purify, invigorate and relax the inner and outer you.

Hydro Experiences

Rooftop infinity pool – The magnificent rooftop terrace, with an infinity pool, provides a calming refuge from the world, along with stunning views over Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond. Hydrotherapy pool - Body jets massage tired shoulders and necks while air loungers and geysers relax and invigorate the whole body. It's the perfect antidote for stress and tiredness. Experience showers - How about a refreshing cold-mist shower or a soft-scented tropical shower? Both provide a multi-sensory experience designed to bring you back to yourself.

Ice fountain - Massage the ice flakes into your body to stimulate circulation, quickly cool it, and balance the extensive range of thermal experiences of warming effects. Relaxation pool – The 20-meter indoor tranquillity pool with a jacuzzi provides a friendly H2O environment to relax in.

Thermal Experiences

Tepidarium - Gently heated and contoured thermal couches help relax and re-energize the muscles. Perfect for relaxing between experiences or treatments. Caldarium - Heated stone floors, walls, and curved stone seating create a calming and purifying effect, allowing the body to heat up gently in a warm, dry environment.

Sauna - A traditional wood-lined sauna that generates sweltering temperatures, which many consider a great way to boost the immune system. Infrared sauna - Infrared lighting heats the air in the cabin to enhance the dry, hot atmosphere, open the skin's pores and help detoxify the body. Hammam room - Immerse yourself in gentle waves of warm steam and feel the tension slip away as a deep and visible humidity stimulates extra blood circulation in your body. Aromatherapy room - Combining the effects of warm steam and aromatic essential oils to decongest, clear the mind, and purify the body

Cameron Golf Club

The two courses couldn't be more different. The Carrick championship 18-hole course meanders its way through an area of outstanding natural beauty, while The Wee Demon threads a delicate path through the estate grounds to The Boat House and Marina on the loch.

The Carrick Golf Course - Nine holes on the high road, nine on the low road. Golfers should prepare themselves for an epic journey of stunning greens, majestic highland backdrops brilliantly peppered with bunkers, and of course, the world's most beautiful water hazard - the great loch itself. The Ladies Scottish Open, the PGA Cup, and the Europro Tour. All have been held at The Carrick, and it's easy to see why. The Carrick is a par 71 and 7,082 yards long from the championship tees. A test for even the most established player. Thankfully, four more teeing options make this utterly stunning and uniquely situated course enjoyable for every level of golfer. Arrive at The Clubhouse golf shop, where the team will lead you in the right direction to your first tee. Make your way around the most beautiful water hazard in the world of golf, take in the loch views, and enjoy your time with us.

The Wee Demon - Devious, challenging, and fun. Three words people often use to describe the executive course The Wee Demon. This makes it an excellent course for beginners and more experienced players looking to hone their shorter game and putting skills. You'll weave your way through the five-star lodges, encountering plenty of artfully-placed sand traps and water hazards as, hole by hole, the 'Demon' tests your concentration and your technique. Play The Wee Demon - Check in at the Marina reception, then make your way to the first tee where you'll find not only a challenging 9-hole golf course but again some stunning views of Loch Lomond and the Marina.
